We ordered from Maison De Xin on New Year’s Eve for the first time and were not disappointed. The curried vegetables were flavourable but not too hot. The Pad Thai was as good as I have had outside a Thai restaurant and was loaded with large shrimp. All of the dishes had a hearty amount of meat (nicely tender) and vegetables (lots of variety, crisp) sitting in the right amount of sauce. The egg rolls were crisp and not greasy at all. My only suggestion would be to offer the option of upping the flavour and kick of the dishes as they tended to be on the tame side in this respect.
While we ordered take-out, I noticed that the restaurant looked clean, nicely decorated and well organized – would be good for large families or other events. We will be back!

Hadn’t been in a while, decided to go last weekend the food was mediocre at best. Garlic spare ribs and sauce had no flavor. Chicken balls was just batter with a crumb of chicken. Fried rice was just that, fried rice with barely anything else in it. Lastly the cream puffs for desert were so dry it was inedible. We won’t be back.

I ordered from this restaurant for the first time, and the experience was extremely disappointing. My order for dinner for two was advertised as including “chicken chow mein,” which I was expecting to be the classic stir-fried noodles with chicken, vegetables, and sauce. Instead, I received chicken chop suey with a separate bag of dry noodles and was told to mix it myself. When I raised the issue, the staff completely dismissed my concerns and made no effort to offer a resolution.
Even when I went to the restaurant in person, the situation remained the same—unhelpful service and no attempt to correct the mistake. This level of disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable. I will not be ordering from or visiting this restaurant again and strongly advise others to be cautious.

Only good thing they do for delivery is breaded shrimp, chicken fried rice, chicken balls and cantonese chow mein. The honey garlic wings were stale, not fresh and no flavor, curry chicken had barely any chicken and TONS of onions and green peppers that were overcooked. Shanghai noodles were ok but not much flavor and the pork in the shanghai noodles and cantonese chow mein was pretty dry and stale too.

Yummy ! A great Chinese place in Rockland. The usual Canadian-Chinese style fast-food. We had their General Tsao chicken ($14.25) – too bad it does not come with steam rice (only reason why I give it 4/5 as most other Chinese places we go to will give you rice for that price). I like that it came with a good size portion of veggies (could’ve been more however – again 4/5).Chicken seemed fresh and was crispy enough. Too much sauce thought I found. Super awesome service, fast as well for takeout orders. Busy spot in Rockland.

My husband and I went here for date night and they seem understaffed. It was a busy Friday night/weekend and there was lots of people. We stood around waiting for about 10-15 minutes before being seated. We were told just to go seat ourselves at one side. We then waited again for our server before we would start the buffet. We waited about 5-10 minutes before we just went ahead to the buffet. I wouldn’t blame the staff for them not being as quick as they should be because there was very few staff and so many customers.
Food here was mediocre at best. It’s edible, best thing I enjoyed here was the chicken fried rice. The price is a bit high for the quality of food here.

Favorite Chinese place in Rockland.
The buffet was good. As always. Server was pleasant but very loud. Loses 2 stars for children (in and oit of the kitchen) being excessively loud. Bringing children to work is fabulous, allowing them to be disruptive, not so much.

The servers are the nicest ladies. The food is good, listen, everyone has different taste buds. I choose this place over the other because it’s just my choice. Could be a little quicker on buffet refills but otherwise this place works for me. Will go back as much as I can.

The rice was so dry overcooked they should call it yesterday rice.
I ordered beef and mushroom.
When I got home a few slices of beef and lots of vegetables. In a watery tasteless sauce that was nothing but Greece.
Also do not eat the egg roll this is something you should use for a door stop.
What a waste of money again the worst Food you ever eat.
Please save your money go somewhere else.
