It was my second time dining here and it as always a 5star! This time I tried the Special Pad Thai with pork, shrimp and veggies super flavourful! Every flavour melts in my mouth. Had Thai Soup which is one order is good for 2-3 people. The Soup is amazing and really appetizing with veggies and your choice of meat, I opted for chicken here. The Dry ribs is very tasty as an appetizer you can’t go wrong in this one! Always worth my time visiting Mai and trying out new dishes. Service is excellent and staff are very helpful and pleasant. Atmosphere is relaxing, clean and place smells good inside. I will dine in again for sure!

Uber delivery was flawless. He was delivering to an apartment with lots of hallways and he found us easily. I ordered two dinners for 1 – option B. My guests were happy enough they would order them again. I ordered a beef pho with extra beef. The broth was delicious and hot enough. I was disappointed to receive the pho with my beef floating in it. This meant that the beef was overcooked and chewy. I thought I was ordering a rare beef pho which usually is delivered with the beef in a separate container to add at the diner’s timing but when I reread the description I saw that I was mistaken. I also ordered two spring rolls and I particularly loved the spring roll “skin” – nicely crisped.

By far our favourite place to eat in Saskatoon. The servers have always been polite and thoughtful. Food is fabulous & fresh – everything we’ve ordered has been delicious.
Try the salt and pepper prawn appetizer, fresh rolls or spring rolls, they’re all yummy! We love the vermicelli bowls, delicious soups and every other dish we’ve ordered.
Service is quick and the surroundings are always clean. It’s a super place for lunch or an evening meal. Go soon and enjoy!!

Very impressed with my first visit here. Service was excellent, staff were friendly and attentive. Food was very good, ingredients were fresh, large serving size for the price. My party had 2 different vermicelli bowls, both excellent, and a Pho soup, also excellent.
Pleasant environment.
Will require another visit, though this may be my favourite Vietnamese restaurant and I’ve been to many!

Waited half an hour for food in a restaurant that is not even full, I’m a regular costumer and noticed they now prioritized delivery drivers like skip the dishes and not the customers in the store. Disappointed.
UPDATE: I am again disappointed by my experience here. I have eaten many times and have hygiene concerns. I have attached a photo in the Google Photos of hair I found in my takeout bahn mi today at 12:30pm. I would normally believe it to be a one off and ignore but unfortunately this is the second time I have found hair (once in a noodle bowl) so I have decided to document. Additionally I got no response on my first review so that is concerning. I have also experienced a small bug in my wonton soup where I came back and was offered a new soup but asked for a refund instead (received)!. Which was good. But my father has also found an aluminum scrubber coil in his noodle bowl a different day, which we also thought was a one off. I really love the food but it is beginning to be a concern.

Decided to try something new for dinner. Food was delicious and fresh, service was weird and price was average. Will definitely try something else from their menu next time!

Ordered combo 1 take out and 2 noodle bowls. Combo had Fried rice, Vietnamese roll, deep fried shrimp and Shanghai noodles. There was no taste to each item other than grease. Wasted $20, I couldnt eat it, very dissapointed. Noodle bowls were just meh for $20.

I paid $17.00 for a large deluxe wonton soup, it was a very small bowl for the price. It only had 3 pieces of shrimp and 3 pieces of pork. The flavor was good, but unfortunately, it was not worth it and won’t be returning.
