Of all the KFCs I’ve been to, I was impressed. I’ve seen some of the other comments and I had a different experience. Maybe each crew is different. First, the restaurant was cleaner and it looked remodeled and newer. The staff was hustling and talking well together to get orders out. The food was well prepared for a KFC. The price for the food was decent for everything you get. Overall, I’ll be visiting this location again. And there is a Taco Bell too, but can’t speak to that experience of food. As far as fast food goes, it was better than most KFCs in the KC area. If you are in the mood for a little chicken, this is a KFC worth checking out.

The people were friendly, but the food was absolutely disgusting. Our chicken was cooked so long it was hard. We ate there two days ago, I have yet to have a positive experience. Chicken is always either cooked too long or it’s skimpy. I only come here anymore because it’s close to Odessa. I’m about to start going further out just for chicken.

The 5pc chicken tender was satisfying. The chicken was tasty, the biscuit, and 2 sides were great! The inside was modern and clean. I also greatly enjoyed the Crunchy Taco Supreme from the Taco Bell menu, which were amazing.

This was a really interesting visit! We love KFC and after a swim meet, stopped in. My girls walked in 1st and were greeted by the girl at the front with eyes rolling and a kiss huff and OMG! Then she stomped off. I came in to order and she was rude, I thought it was maybe just me imagining it until she threw my change at me. I looked at another customer picking up an order and we both said Wow, she really doesn’t want to be at work! She continued on, rude as can be, to every person walking in. It was around 830p so again, we tried to hope she was maybe just upset they close at 9p and we made them busy so close to closing but my daughter looked and nope, they close at 11p! None of us knew what was wrong with her but everyone of us were talking about it, all while smiling and doing nothing to warrant that kind of treatment. My oldest went up to grab something else and she too was met with things being thrown at her by this employee! Shame on her, I hate leaving bad reviews but this is needed! The food was alright although no crispy chicken too order and the original was dripping with grease and biscuits were so hard I couldn’t eat mine. Good luck if u get this girl talking your order. It was this previous Thursday evening 6/12/25. 4 starts on food is probably 1 too many but we love kfc!

I go a few times a month for fried chicken. When I go on, I always ask if they can put these pieces in one bucket and the other in a separate bucket, and one original and one extra crispy.
They are always so nice and friendly and as they try and meet my weird requests.
My chicken is always hot and crispy, and if you have the app, they have some great deals and great rewards!

Manager come over to register and was pushing buttons with gloves on then started preparing food again with the same gloves on. Never washed hands after touching register. Chicken was burnt with no batter. Was very dried out. All our food was cold. This is a good place to catch a food born illness.
