This was my sweet and sour chicken. The inside was totally inedible! They put no care into this food. It was hard AS ROCK! Worst Chinese food in Hartford! Don’t go here.

I had to return my food after getting home to see it wasn’t what I ordered, I bought it back and watched them put the food right back in the pan for the next customer. There online menu isn’t available.. I have to stand in the glass billet proof room n order from speaker. The inside to appear dirty n cluttered, after seeing this I’m sure I won’t order from them again. $18.00 for a sweet n sour chicken with plain lo main. Definitely wasn’t worth it.

Custer service was terrible, used to be my go to place, but disrespect is 0 tolerance for us, when we order here about 2 times a month. We tried to order and ask for juice and they yelled at my wife. Second time we called back to pay to ask to pay by card over phone and the lady was very rude for a Second time. Lost a good customer that lives near by and also works where you shop for your groceries. Bad for Business.

I went here for the first time a few nights ago . I placed a pick up order on the phone i wanted golden fingers but didn’t know how many came in a small order . The lady on the phone was rude and kept telling me she didn’t know . I still placed the order for golden fingers . Lady tells me it’ll be ready in 10 minutes but I arrived in 15 minutes expecting it to be ready. I get there to pay at the little window and I see her just dropping the golden fingers into the fryer . (It was only her working and the place looked like it barely got business anyway) She holds up her index finger and tells me one minute and picked up the phone , sneezing in the air without covering her mouth , she’s touching her hair and wiping whatever she had on her hands , onto her dirty clothes and continues to touch food without washing her hands . She finally comes over to the window and collect payment and I tell her I’m all set and walk out . My friend put me onto this place since it’s close to where I live but NEVER AGAIN! It’s very dirty and whoever the old lady with the short hair was doesn’t practice cleanliness at all . Save your money and go else where !

Went their about 2 weeks ago and the chicken wings tasted like it’s been sitting there for days. The rice was kinda hard too. Thought i give this place a try since it’s closer to my house, but im just going to drive an extra 5 minutes to go to Kings Chef on Main street. Way better food there in my opinion.

The delivery driver didn’t get out of the car to deliver my food I had to go to his vehicle right in front of him I slipped on the ice and fell and hit my head got a concussion. I blacked out for 2 minutes before waking up standing up and he just says “where’s my money” this place is a joke. Food wasn’t even good and ended up with a hospital bill.

Whenever frequenting their restaurant, my order is the same but the food is tasty. My only concern is on my last visit, the owners grandson was literally, lying on the counter playing. Before I left he moved to another section of the counter.
Not only is it unsanitary but also unsafe and an EYESORE!!! These types of behaviors are sometimes prevalent at inner city eating establishments. I hope that will be the last time! I need to find another restaurant now!

DON’T EAT HERE!
To start, the food DID NOT TASTE GOOD AT ALL!
I order my food 45 minutes before work, with the intention of buying my food going into work. The woman told me my food will be ready in 10 minutes.
I came 20 minutes later to make sure that the food was ready, and I waited for 7 minutes with NO ONE IN LINE, before I was even acknowledged. When I was acknowledged, I told the elderly woman what I had ordered, and she charged my debit card.
Then she said something to the Cook in the back, and my food was started. When I noticed, I said I cannot wait because I cannot afford to be late for work. Please refund my money so I can leave. The lady told me one minute which turn into 8 minutes.
I was forced to wait and when I finally got my food, I asked if it was a vegetable roll rather than an egg roll, since I don’t eat pork. The elderly lady slammed the cordless phone on the table, and started yelling and screaming at me. We had a shouting match. DON’T EAT HERE! NO RESPECT FOR YOUR TIME, OR YOU!
