Best pizza around!
This is by far my favorite pizza place. I’m so sad that we moved an hour away, but we eat here everytime we make the trip out to visit family. The pepperoni pizza is perfect to me. The sauce is a little sweet and the crust is fluffy and a little crispy. It has amazing flavor without being too oily. I’m also a big fan of the honey bbq wings. They are always large and cooked to perfection.

Main street pizza. A batavian wonder in my opinion. The wait staff here are always kind and super. This visit was fantastic, took the whole family. We were greeted in a timely manner, seated quickly and we were able to order within minutes of being seated. The kids got the “build your own pizza” and had a blast doing it. The wraps are fantastic and the beverage selection is on point. Thank you to Ginny our waitress for being such an awesome person.

We discovered how good the food and service is at Main Street Pizza during the year-end holidays many years ago, so now it’s an annual tradition for us. This year, there were four of us for an early dinner on the Saturday after New Year’s. The restaurant was maybe half-full when we arrived at 4:30 pm and we were seated quickly with menus. Don’t let the restaurant name fool you. While they do have delicious pizzas, their menu offerings are far more extensive than that. Although some of their prices are a bit higher than what you might find at some other Italian restaurants, the food quality, generous portion sizes, and service may explain some of that additional cost. The atmosphere in their dining room is very pleasant but it can be a bit noisy when it’s full. Our group ordered a flight of wings with assorted sauces, rigatoni with a 1-pound meatball, spaghetti with 1-pound meatball, a large Nite Club sub sandwich, lasagna, plus sodas. Our meals were served up around 20 minutes later. The portion sizes were large enough where we could eat and be full but still take half of our meals home. The entrees included a somewhat ordinary chef salad. Everyone’s meal was absolutely delicious, portion sizes were a bit overwhelming, and the service throughout dinner was very good. Our total bill for the wings, four meals plus beverages was roughly $108 plus tax. Like I said earlier, although some of the prices here might be higher than at some other restaurants, the food quality, generous portion sizes, and service have never disappointed us. A good time to arrive here for best dinner seating is usually before 5:00 PM (especially on Fri & Sat) when the restaurant starts to fill up. Free parking in the back lot is usually ample unless the restaurant is full. Enjoy, and thanks for reading!

What a fantastic restaurant. It starts the minute you walk in the door this staff is very friendly and greeted us as we walked in. If you’re looking for an Italian restaurant that has an awesome menu this is your place. Everything is fantastic from the appetizers ,to the pizza ,to the classic Italian dishes, and more!!!!! Main Street pizza embodies all of the food I grew up on as a young Italian kid. It’s so refreshing to see a local Italian restaurant embraced our heritage so proudly. Main Street pizza in Batavia keep up the good work you guys are CRUSHING IT !!!!

I feel that my review may be a bit bias. I came in around 5 thinking that it wouldn’t be too wild since it was still early, I was wrong. There was a great rush with a number of servers with empty tables, but I felt like I was passed over. When I was about to just leave I did get attention. The restaurant would benefit from a bar for single diners. The food was quite good though, but the dining area became rather stuffy by the time I left.

Worst pizza I have ever tastes. I mean I just don’t know. The crust was doughy and undercooked. The cheese was a low quality mootz. The sauce was the absolute worst. Sweet. Ugh . This is the worst version of pizza I have had anywhere in the US . I’d eat a frozen pizza. They do not make a good pie. Save your money. It was the sauce that killed it for me. I have eaten pizza all over the east coast and the United states and had never been so thoroughly disgusted with any pie.

It was a last-minute restaurant pick for my daughter’s birthday, and I’m glad we settled on it. Everything was awesome, from our waitress Debbie, i believe, who was an absolute sweetheart to food.
They even let us bring our own cake.
Build your own pizza was a definite hit for the kids.
My daughter can’t have red sauce, so the chef substituted her pizza sauce with pesto. It was absolutely amazing.

Overall food and service was great. Portions are huge. The meatballs were great. My caesar was good. Others in the party loved everything. Good tradional home cooking approach. I would definitely come back.
While not a negative, I prefer Italian that is more elevated or with a twist but overall great food.
