Last week I bought 2 cookies, got home…no cookies. Called the restaurant. Person took my order number and said she would be in touch. Never got in touch. I submitted feedback through the Chick Fil A app. Nothin.
I know it’s only $3.00, but come on, man! Bringing home zero cookies was sad enough.
On top of that, two weeks ago I bought a salad from this same restaurant, only to discover a phlegmy glob in it when I got home. The manager put a reward for a free salad on my Chick Fil A app. Big whoop. I don’t want another sus salad…I want my money back!
Since I paid for both things with my Chick Fil A app, I can’t dispute the charges with my credit card.
Lessons learned: check your order before driving off, no matter how long the line is behind you; don’t pay with the app unless you enjoy having zero recourse in the event your order is wrong, and maybe consider driving the extra mile to a different location.
That second star was given for the nice hourly employees who bust their butts at that drive thru.

We were at a hotel near by and we wanted to have a late night snack. This chick fil a had the best ratings so we went there and we weren’t disappointed. We were helped by Sarai who made our visit exceptionally great . The location was clean , food came up fairly fast considering all the cars in the drive thru, the lemonade was exceptional. The spicy deluxe sandwich is always a good idea considering the tomatoes and lettuce inside. Cant go wrong with the sweet sriracha sauce on it.

I no longer visit this chic fil a due to the insecure Flock surveillance cameras being used to track licence plates they have mounted in the shopping center and pointed at the exit of the chic fil a drive thru.
Edit: In response to the claim y’all replied with, I stopped by after work to add photos of the flock ALPR cameras pointed at the entrance and the drive thru exit. I don’t care if the landlord put it there or you did, the outcome is that I will no longer be patronizing this establishment unless they are removed.

come to this location all the time and never had an issue. Went through drive through today, came home to eat my food and found a broken up BUG in my kale crunch salad. Called them and they said they can offer me a free entree next time i come in…? No refund or anything! Why would i come in again after finding a bug in the food. Absolutely disgusting and completely wasted my money and ruined my appetite. I wouldn’t have even noticed if i didn’t decide to dump the salad in a plate which i usually don’t. I probably would have ate it! disgusting.

A fly found in a sandwich while I was eating a sandwich a fly came out of the sandwich, I am glad I was able to detect it before taking a bite. When I brought it up to the front desk, they asked the manager to come. When I showed the fly, the manager was trying to act like he did not see the fly there. Asking “where is it?”. Then he proceeded saying “I’ll be glad to get you another”sandwich”. I am not gonna be trying to eat another one of your sandwich (I may just find another fly in there somewhere) immediately after find a freaking fly in late november in cold temperature outside. I asked the manager to give me refund reminding him that I also had fries as well. But I don’t know if he forgot or deliberately did not refund me for fries that I paid for. He only refunded for the fly-infested sandwich. He was clearly attempting to downplay the whole situation and trying to deflect it. I am long-time Chick-fil-a customer. I am disappointed in this branch. People please beware.

I stopped by this Chick fil A while in uniform and was really impressed with the level of care and customer service. The manager on shift went out of his way to make sure everything was taken care of and treated me with genuine kindness and respect. You can tell the team here takes pride in what they do. The service was fast, the staff was friendly, and the atmosphere felt welcoming from the moment I walked in. Truly one of the best Chick fil A experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend this location.

Placed a breakfast order at 10:15 and drove all the way to the location just to find out that they had cancelled my order because I arrived at 10:35. I’ve had nothing but issues with this location. Hands down one of the worst chick-fil-a locations. Thanks for wasting 20 minutes of my day. You’d think if you placed your order over 15 minutes before breakfast ended, they’d have time to make your order. This location always on some bullshit. Breakfast is the only good thing about Chick-fil-a. The normal menu leaves something to be desired. You can get chicken between a bun for $10 or 2 chicken nuggets for $20, or you can get 2 chicken biscuits and 2 hash browns for $10.

I had an excellent experience at Chick-fil-A! The food was fresh, hot, and came out quickly, but what really stood out was the service. Josiah went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect he was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making my visit great. It’s rare to find customer service this good nowadays! Thanks to Josiah and the team for making my day a little brighter. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I have been coming to this chick fil a for 15+ years. I never had a problem ever, and now i can say I will never return due to the customer service and the fact that they have basically double charged me and i’m getting no help from anyone. A week and half a go. After a busy day with my children we went by to grab some food. we went through the drive thru. we were greeted by a young lady who was in training by what was listed on her name tag. After it taking 15 mins to order, which I was very patient. She took my payment, as i pulled up to the front window. The person at the window told me i had to re order because her ipad shut down.
I ordered once again and then they asked for a second payment i was very hesitant and she told me she would ask the manager. She comes back and tells me due to the ipad shutting down the payment wouldn’t post. So I paid again, and then got our food, then once we got our food i was missing items. Being as though i was already frustrated we left. And i waited for my bank to take both payments from pending to see if they would both post and now i was double charged. I have called chick fil a everyday since 12/15 and spoke to a manager Fatima and she told me she would call me back after 4. It is now 12/22 and still no word I have called everyday since and heard nothing. It is the holidays and the fact that they got free money is what makes it the worse. I will never go back to this chik fil a everyday since again and If you are going there be careful. I’m not happy at all due to this needing to be solved and im not getting any answers.

Great service with kind staff! First chick fil a I’ve ever been to where all the breakfast foods where fresh and not sitting under a heat lamp. Everything tasted amazing! Wish i lived closer to this one
