Man ohhhhhh man!!!! This place is absolutely extravagant. Hands down my personal ice cream. I ordered the pecan pie, and wow, that’s all I can say about it. The lady hooked me up lol. I ordered mozzarella cheese sticks for my appetizer and a bbq sandwich for my entree. The cheese sticks didn’t disappoint. Hot, crunchy, and cheeeeesy. The bbq sandwich was very juicy and super saucy. Don’t let these trashy reviews keep you from eating here. They are bold faced liars. I’ve eaten here many times and the longest wait I’ve ever had was about 30 minutes. What’s even better is that I get a 10 percent discount because I work for the city of Hurricane. Police officers, firefighters, doctors and nurses also get a 10 percent discount too!!!! What are you waiting for?!?!? Come on down and eat here guys!!!!

We went during the lunch rush, which – for me – was probably not ideal as I personally prefer a quieter environment and it was Busy and LOUD. I could hardly have a conversation with my friend, which was disappointing. I had sort of expected to be able to carry out, so it surprised me that it was more of a diner atmosphere. Still, the staff was friendly and prompt, and delivered our orders accurately. The food was fresh and tasty, the ice cream (we got Hurricanes) was creamy and rich. Reasonably priced for two, a nice addition to the street.

Food was pretty good. And the service was also good. But the wait is very long and they just close too early. I love the retro dinner feel inside and ice cream is really good. I ate almost all of my food but it was very filling so if you are absolutely starving this is a great place. Also try the toast.

The food was pretty good. The place has great potential, but the service (while friendly) is slow. The wait for the food was even more painfully slow. We waited almost 10 minutes to even be acknowledged and given menus.
Management has to do something to improve the service speed and the cooking speed. We were there one hour before getting food. That’s a long time for only 3 orders in front of us. I’m certain it was only 3 orders because we watched. No one came in for pick-up during this time. I hate to get on them too much, but I haven’t had a wait like this in a long time, and it’s been mentioned in older reviews and clearly isn’t being addressed.

Almost all the staff was very impatient and rude and seemed to be annoyed when they had to take orders. The food is pretty fairly priced for the quality, however it doesn’t make up for the lack of friendliness. I’d recommend people pay a little extra and go somewhere more friendly unless you don’t mind the staff seeing you as an annoyance when you have to order or need a refill.

Nice to have somewhere in hurricane Main Street but the wait times are ridiculous. You have to wait an hour just for some ice cream and fries. They have no clear ordering system, it is not first come first serve. The food is okay but it’s just not worth the wait. I thought they would’ve worked it out since first opening but it’s still just bad service overall. They completely forgot about my order and I’ve had to explain it to five different people. It’s like they started the place and then just let a bunch of teens take over.

Took the kids today, we enjoyed it! Cute decor inside, loved the sprinkle table tops Great ice cream choices. Very fair pricing and nice staff. Happy to go back again soon!

I’d say to go here more for the ice cream instead of the food. The burgers were alright but I wouldn’t get the Philly, pickle fries, or jalapeño poppers again. The service is ok, but it wasn’t slow like mentioned by others. The location is great but I hope they improve on the food, considering that they’re relatively new.
