1. Get there around 11:30 on Tuesday 12/30. One guy working the counter and also the restaurant… we decide to put ourselves in the wait list so we can have two lanes next to each other since we had a family group (9 people) … no big deal will get food first
2. We weren’t provided menus so we had to find our own…30 secs later, the guy came to take our order and had to come back since we didn’t have a chance to look at the food items. Put in our order at 11:45 …. Get our lane notification 12:30… no food still ( they were going to bring our food to the lane , great no big deal ! ) some food comes 12:45 … only a chicken sandwich , the side of brusselsprouts ( but not the burger that goes with it) and side of fries just random ( none of the 3 kids menu items untill 1) two burgers come out 10 min apart …chicken finger didn’t come till 1:45 once our hour of bowling was done ( even asked them 3 separate times reminding them we were missing them ) for being winter break and kids off there seemed there was enough staff and it wasn’t crazy busy so I’m not sure what the breakdown was…( I don’t mind waiting for food but 2 hours is a little ridiculous ) never even got the children’s water cup we asked for a couple times either ..
3. That wasn’t even the biggest bummer we waited to get Lanes next to each other and the lane they put us in had a wall/ big pillar separating us so that was a bummer to the experience and ruined the mood of wanting to be together. (See picture)
4. The lanes are horrible if your an actual bowler – not sure they even oil them – so if your coming with kids and uses bumpers totally fine, if you are a bowler – find a real bowling alley .
But here’s where everything turned around: Manager Ryan.
Ryan came over, apologized sincerely for the long wait, and took full accountability. He made sure the rest of our night went smoothly. He waived the cost of all of our bowling shoes for our group of 10 and even gave us two free game cards for a future visit. From that moment forward, he checked on us repeatedly and made sure we were taken care of.
Because of Ryan, what started off as a frustrating experience ended up being a great night. His customer service was top-notch, and he truly made the difference.
I appreciate managers who step in, handle situations with grace, and make things right.
Thank you, Ryan — you turned our night around.
They literally took care of everything for me. It really was a 10 out of 10 from the food, service and activities. I was literally able to hang at the bar while they ran my kids entire party. I’ve never had service like that anywhere else. NOW if you’re coming to just hang or on a deal day. It is straight trash and it pains me to say that. Arcade games just take your money, the 2 activities they did have were spaced out by 2 hours. That would be fine if we could eat during that time. But we spent those 2 hours looking for our food. We spoke to 5 different workers and no one could tell me where my food was. Finally it was found and I got it, cold of course. I even saw a mom just leave and bring happy meals for all the kids she had. The employees are really trying for what they have. It’s not their fault. Just save your money and go somewhere else. I really tried to like this place
