We just had our son’s birthday party here. Half of the games are broken (photos included), many laser tag guns are also busted. Our “dedicated party host” was nowhere to be found a majority of the time so I kept having to ask other random workers for things we needed. Total waste of money and left a poor impression on our party guests.

We drove an hour to meet friends for their son’s bday. It was 10am on a Saturday and to say the least the whole place was a mess. Every station was unattended (bar, ticket counter, bowling areas, rope bridge…etc) and you had to go flag someone down for help. It was one hot mess…not to mention you’re paying through your teeth to use everything. I honestly would never go back.

If you care to experience slow to no service in a dirty environment. Then go and waste your time and money. How the owner is allowing this place to be ran is surprising. This establishment has drastically gone downhill. There was no management to be found nor employees for that matter. Everytime we find one and ask for drinks or food we were told they didn’t work in that area. The very few employees we did find were talking to friends or family from the looks of it. The glasses for drinks were being rewashed Infront of to reuse, no sanitation just a quick rinse. Their were two bartenders, that seem to have friends sitting at the bar distracting them from serving paying customers. The tables were left unattended and dirty. Food everywhere garbages over flowing and no one to attend to you. Bowling lanes also unkept and unswept. Bathrooms were worse off no hand towels to dry your hands, so how did the employees dry their hands before returning to work?? Disgusted, couldn’t wait to leave after bowling. We also didn’t eat there, but did finally notice that the 4 to five employees we did spot in the place seemed to be hanging out in the kitchen. Or hiding, you decide. The pictures don’t do the mess justice. We went this passed Saturday between the hours of 7:30 to 10:30. Stuck with the bottled beer and bowled. Do not recommend and will not be going back unless under new management.

I had my birthday party there. Honestly the service in the bowling alley was terrible. It took forever for a waitress to come to the table after asking 3 times for a waitress to come take orders. When we finally got our orders, they didn’t leave plates or utensils. I was very unhappy about that. But the bowling attendants were quick and very nice. Also the game attendants were great. The laser tag guns were broken. But honestly what will keep me coming back is that everyone was so nice. I had a blast. Thank you to most of the Main event staff for making such a wonderful birthday for me. ❤️

Me, my husband, & our kids love it here. We celebrated our son’s 8th birthday here & he had a great time. The food is good & the games are fun. The only problem is is that it’s VERY loud inside the place. So, if you’re sensitive to loud noises, you will definitely need ear protection when coming here.

If i could give it no stars i would first time here at this location lady at front desk told me waiters would come to me as i waited 10+ minutes i went to go ask the bar , bar tender takes 10 mins to put in my order , whole time ive been here ive watched 5 workers bring out 3 pizzas and no one tending the tables or customers for almost 30 minutes,if i could rate zero stars i would. By the time my food came out me and my family were displeased and got a refund and left

Food is definitely delicious. It was very busy on a Friday and we had to wait 2 hours for most of the activities. The managers were friendly and understanding of our frustration and offered timed pass-cards to the game lounge. This is how you do business.

We booked a party for our daughter. Bowling part was good. The party host was not too bad but was not around us often, gone for long periods. Laser Tags upgrade was supposed to be 15 minutes the kids got about 8 minutes of game time. We ordered 3 extra pizzas with Green Peppers and literally there were name sake one single green pepper on each triangle. Very disappointing in pizza order. Even when they charged extra for the topping. The prices are more on the top end of the side plus 12% service charge on every item you add…from goody bags to private room. Plus 9% food service charge. With 15% tip on the whole total it added a lot on top of our bill. Everything was explained to us but we find that this place is expensive.

Great place, especially for young boys. They loved laser tag, bowling, and the high walk. We didn’t do the arcade, but they want to come back for that. The unlimited deals are great, but you’ll probably want to pick bowling & laser tag or the arcades, not both–not enough time to do everything.

Attended a gathering back in 2019. Had fun. There was food, games, pool tables, bowling, laser tag and shuffle board.Kind of busy on a Saturday night. FYI but great place to hang out have fun and drink.
