I want to give huge props to both Serena and Ryan! Me and my family came to Main Event today for the first time and the first thing we did the restaurant and Serena and Ryan made our experience fantastic. They both were very attentive. Ryan was very welcoming and friendly while Serena, our waitress, was on top of everything. All of our food came out steaming hot and our drinks were never half full before she asked us if we needed a refill. The games were fun but what’s going to bring us back is the service! Thank yall for showing me and my family a great time!

Went to main event Friday December 19th , me and my fiance were having a good time until, 4 games messed up on us, so when we went to ask for help they said they will send a worker down shortly ( that was the first time ) noone ever showed up to help ,so we gave up on that. ( never got my credits back either ) . Well we Decided to go eat at the restaurant since the games were a bust, got sat within 5 minutes of waiting which is awesome but took 11 minutes for our drinks to come out ( they were dead slow at the time ) we let that slide . We ordered beef nachos and the smash burger tacos, the waitress had to come back to our table 3 times because ” she forgot our order ” like 20 minutes go by and they come out with beef queso and chips and 2 raw beef smash burger tacos. ( you can see it in the picture ) the manager of the establishment had 0 since of urgency or sympathy of our experience nor did he even offer to try and make it right. All he gave us was ” wow yepp that sure is raw, I will let the kitchen know and have then remake your food ” didnt even acknowledge that they brought us chips and dip instead of nachos too. Overall experience is literally a negative 10. I will never be returning to this franchise. I will be contacting USDA Meat and Poultry hotline and the local health department solely because of the complete disregard i got from your guy’s staff.

Micheal did an outstanding job as a manager at Main Event. His leadership, organization, and attention to detail made a huge difference in our experience. He was approachable, professional, and handled everything efficiently while keeping a positive attitude the entire time.
You can tell he genuinely cares about both the guests and the team. Everything ran smoothly, and any questions or concerns were handled quickly and respectfully. That level of management really stands out.

Hana was the first person who approached me and offered assistance. She stood there and helped me figure out what was best for my children and my pocket book. She checked on us a couple of times as well. She was kind and patient. She deserves a raise.

So from the moment I walked and and was greeted by a great and friendly young man named Jacob earlier this morning he walked as through the kiosk and asked us if we ever been here we said no,he noticed it was my son’s bday and asked him how old he was turning he said 9 and Jacob said that’s awesome and gave my son a high five,he helped explain the 19.99 deal which at first was confusing with what the attractions were as we thought they meant games but he said no he was very generous and polite a little bit later my son and I went to play laser tag and what do we know it was Jacob again he was smiling and asked us to watch the video as we did he helped us get vetsed up and ready to play my son was sad as it was just us 2 and Jacob decided to jump in we played a game then my son wanted to play a 1v1 against him and he did and won Jacob then bought him out and allowed him to pick out a stuff animal room the crane I will definitely be bringing back my oldest son with his friends it was awesome and Jacob was amazing.

Mr. Mike the manager is the reason why my family keeps showing up to this location. We met him when we moved to Beaumont years prior to his tenure at Main Event. He is always very polite and helpful! They like his new orleans accent lol. If you ever need anything ask for him. He will help you figure it out. !!

Service was horrible, and only 3 tables had people. All the staff was jammed up goofing off in the waitress station. Bartender was awesome and got our fountain drinks. As a family of 5, it’s always tough going out without breaking the bank. For the price and quality, save your self the hassle of sipping on melting ice cause drinks won’t get filled, no plates or silverware for a $70 appetizer…no thank you! This place has grown down hill, no more birthdays or party’s.
