Deal online showed all you can play, $10 game card, and 1 entree. We live a couple hours away and planned the weekend in BR around taking our son to Main Event, so I called to make sure the deal was honored there on Saturday. As soon as we get there and try to use it, they try to tell us its only on weekdays. Finally, after 15 minutes, a manager honored the deal for us. We started with the arcade games. Some were not working. Some would take points, but not let you play. We killed all of our points in maybe 30 minutes. We went to gravity ropes and were told we had to schedule a time- this was our 3rd trip to Main Event and we’ve NEVER had to schedule. We would always just wait in line and go through every 15-20 minutes. Then we went to laser tag while we waited for our scheduled rope course. Played 2 rounds of laser tag with no issue- other than my gun did not work at all one round and my wife’s didn’t on another round.. After rope course, we went back and waited in line for about 15 minutes, then they changed the rules on us and said we had to be scheduled now- even though there was plenty of room in that group for us. So we started scheduling. Had to wait for over an hour for a bowling lane, even though there were lanes open. Then, we only got an hour and were kicked off. Not taking into account for the time we lost when the pins would get stuck. We scheduled another one, but ended up leaving before they text me. We went to eat and it took 30 minutes for a server to come get our order and another 45 to get 2 salads and a pizza. Caused us to miss 2 of our scheduled games. Spent $120 on games plus another $70 on drinks and food and spent most of the day waiting. It took longer to get i to a game than the games actually lasted. I wanted to go get my money back and go somewhere else, but I figured that wouldn’t happen, so we sucked it up. I have to mention that of the 8-10 employees we dealt with, only 1 was friendly at all… the rest acted like they hated their job. Huge waste of money. This was out last trip to this location.

I’ve never seen more unhappy employees anywhere else, these guys genuinely looked and acted like they hate their job, the guy who took us into the laser tag place never said one word to us, didn’t tell us a single thing, randomly put on the little video before we even knew what was happening. Laser tag was fun tho I can’t lie. Most the the games that we tried either didn’t work, we really worn down, missing stuff like balls, the game where you throw a ball to knock down a clown literally had 1 ball, and the other machine was down. Looks like a fun environment which it can be at times, didn’t have much issues with bowling, playing a few arcade games were fun, at least the ones in perfect working order. The food I tried was pretty damn good tho, gotta give credit where credit is due. But definitely not a place I’d go to again

We had my son’s 8th birthday party here today. Not very happy with the outcome for the money we paid. We spent about $380 which included a birthday package for 10 kids for 3 hours of unlimited arcade games, 1 round of laser tag, 2 sessions of VR, and a table for lunch with pizza.

I’ll start with what I actually liked. The pizza. I have no complaints about the food that was served to us. That’s about where the “good” ends.

What I didn’t like:
– Apparently, they had another birthday party at the same time, where the kid had the same first name as my son. They switched up our gaming cards and instead of our party, getting unlimited arcade time, all the kids in my group received cards that had a limited amount of tokens. One by one the kids started complaining that their card no longer worked which I didn’t understand because we were supposed to have unlimited gaming time for the 3 hour period. The staff finally figured out they had switched our cards with the wrong party and told us they would swap the cards out. This should have solved the issue except about half of the new cards they gave us were still not on the unlimited plan. I lost count of the amount of times I had to bring a used up card to the staff and tell them we were supposed to be on the unlimited plan. Instead of getting to enjoy the party with my son I was constantly Having to walk to the front desk or track down or host to get them to fix this problem.

Second… when it was my party’s turn for laser tag none of the rules were told to us. These were a bunch of 7 and 8 year olds that had never played laser tag before. It would have been nice to know that the guns were touch sensitive and that one hand had to be under the hand guard in order to shoot, or that there would be two teams chosen at random once the match started. No one told us what the buttons on the guns actually did and how they changed the firing modes.

Third…… a couple of the games including VR were not in working order.

Overall not impressed with our experience.

Got a reservation for 7 people at the laser tag section. when it was our turn, a bunch of kids stormed the queue room and there were not enough vests for my party. very unorganized and no priority for reservations. waste of money. amd the workers just stare at you like they are high out their minds.

also half the machines took your money that you loaded onto your card and didnt even work.

Brought my 3 grandkids today. Spent $90 and was VERY disappointed. NOTHING worked. Started out bowling and balls would not return. Went to play laser tag and 1 of the guns was broken. Played games and game took money from card but no game. Could not have been more disappointed. Complained and all I got was yea I know. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!

The food was amazing . The place was super overpriced though. I asked about the $20 for 20 and was distracted and ended up buying a package instead . If they were really helpful they would have told me to by the day pass . Anyway I spent $240 for four people in 1 and half hours . If I return I will only do promos because that was not worth it to me . Mind you we didn’t even get to bowl for that price the bowl wait was three hours . I would recommend planning your money and day when going here . Also save your money on the alcoholic drinks they are watered down

We booked our bowling lanes online to celebrate a graduation. I had never been to this location before. However, check in was easy at the front desk. The front desk staff was helpful and courteous. Sabrina went above and beyond to help me set up, answered my questions, and gave additional recommendations for my bowling group. Sabrina introduced me to Clay, who would assist my bowling group with food and drink orders. Clay was extremely patient and with our large group. He brought our orders promptly and communicated estimates of food and drink order progress. My graduation celebration bowling group had a great time and plan to return to this location. Thank you for making our day so special.

We went to just enjoy some arcade time. Lots of games, kind of pricey to play but all the games were in working order. The obstacle course thing was closed so we did not get to try it. And we did not stay for food. There were many birthday parties happening while we were there. Nearly all bowling lanes were occupied. Not a bad atmosphere in all, just not my cup of tea in my opinion
