Chris was THE BEST!!! He allowed me in their smoke shack and Facebook live him cooking that SLAMMIN Mexican Street Corn and we had a GREAT conversation off the record on US Economics and why things are going south financially. Smart, interesting guy but that Street Corn tho!!!!

1st time going to this place. Got a corn in a cup, wasn’t sure what to expect so I got a medium cup. And it was Very Delicious!!! Exceeded my expectations!! All the right amount of ingredients from top to bottom!! Wish I had taken a picture but I went straight to eating it all!! I will definitely go again!!!

Amazing aguas frescas, I had them at the Alamo Watermelon Festival! The staff is very friendly, accommodating and respectful. Would greatly recommend you go and check them out!

I ordered corn, chicharron preparado, and lemonade. Corn and lemonade were delicious. Bummer that they didn’t have the pork skins for my chicharron and it got soggy from to much lettuce

They have $1 roasted elotes but its cash only, i had to go get money from an atm at frost bank which is like 15 minutes away by the heb. Hopefully they grow and start accepting cards soon. Ill be sure to pay a visit any time im down in the valley.
