My husband and I went for coffee after walking over a mile to another coffee shop that was closed (Christmas Eve day) and found the service to be friendly. There was no wait and they weren’t busy at all. We were likely lucky it was Christmas Eve as we found parking in a nearby lot that had 2 (or was it 3) hours free. I thought that was a nice option for tourists to have free parking lots nearby. You could tell that the area would be busy were it not the holiday. Our coffee was good and as I ordered (extra foamy mocha). The shop is brightly lit and they had many seating options. They have many items for sale with branded merchandise as well as other cards and gifts. The shop was clean and organized. We had one coffee in the shop and took one to go as well.

Wow!!! Great customer service, I am here after having a poor interaction with a different coffee shop, and Magpie stepped up when they didn’t have to! They were so friendly and accommodating… definitely will be coming back again. Latte was smooth and the Spicy Avocado Toast is a hit!!!!!

I stayed at a nearby hotel for several days and this was the only early open option for coffee and breakfast. The baked goods were good , but the gravy and biscuits were horrible and drowned in gravy. The staff was quite rude despite generously tipping daily. Coffee was very good except I asked for a wet cappacino, and I’m pretty sure the barista didn’t know what that was

I came here two days in a row and the breakfast bowl is phenomenal! The scone was delish too, but that bowl is to die for! My Oatmilk latte was creamy and good. Staff is extremely friendly and accommodating – especially William.

I thought this was just the place to get an excellent drink anytime I was in the breezeway adjacent to the 5th Street Market until I had their #cheeseluv26 hand pie and now I want one every day!

Maggie is a wonderful little café in the 5th Street arcade that serves the standard array of coffee and espresso with seasonal flavors and a pastry case. I loved how their espresso complemented the flavor of a white mocha. They also have a cute little merch corner and the staff was super friendly!

My daughter wanted a peppermint mocha and we were told they crush candy canes on the top but there was no peppermint flavor at all. We were told later if we had ordered whipped cream it comes with the crushed candy canes. My friend ordered a matcha chai and she said it was disgusting. My eggnog mocha was decent. The place was so busy we couldn’t sit at a table inside or hear each other speak. There was available seating outside under giant overhead heaters but it was still chilly with the crisp winter breeze. Located in the 5th Street Avenue Alley with a free 3 hour limit parking lot nearby.

Magpie Coffeeshop always has a tasty treat that I must have. The Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie is Peanut Butter Mousse on a Graham Cracker Crust topped with Dark Chocolate Ganache with a swirl of Buttercream and Candied Peanuts. This pie is luscious and one of my favorites. The Biscuits are square-shaped and truly delicious. We love to spread homemade Pimento Cheese on them. We appreciate that you are offered jam when you order Biscuits to go. The staff are nice and get your order ready quickly.

Nice atmosphere and prices are affordable. I recommend the breakfast bowl, it totally changes my perception on veggies in breakfast. Coffee tastes the way that it should and was fresh as can be. Free postcards to your loved ones is a plus!
