I enjoyed the Chefs Tasting Menu during restaurant week and left feeling so satisfied and happy. Chef Ethan was there making sure things were perfect but his staff were absolutely rocking all departments. I loved my margarita and lychee martinis. Really enjoyed all the dishes that came out, but the King Ora Salmon sashimi stole the show for me as well as the ***yuzu sauce*** with Rock Shrimp Tempura on top. The Bluefin was truly spectacular. I can’t eat at crappy sushi places no mo’!
Thank you, Glass Box! Please give Luis a raise!
And here’s the part that really sets this spot apart: it’s not just heaven for seafood lovers. The wagyu is on another level—luxuriously rich, silky, and cooked to absolute perfection, delivering that melt-in-your-mouth magic all over again. Even the chicken options are standout—juicy, flavorful, and handled with the same care and precision as the fish. Whether you’re not into seafood, easing into it, or just want the best of both worlds, you’re completely covered here.
Perfectly seasoned rice, pristine ingredients, and that quiet confidence only truly great restaurants have. Nothing flashy for the sake of it—just elite quality across the board. This is the kind of meal you think about later that night… and then start planning your next visit.
If you love sushi—or just incredible food in general—this isn’t just a recommendation. It’s a must.
Food was great. Vegetarian tempura, egg roll and drunken noodles are some items you can ask for if you are vegiterian. Great selection of drinks as well.
Service was attentive, and the sushi and sashimi were fresh and flavorful. The poke nacho sauce was too sweet for my taste though.
The only odd part was our seating. The restaurant is fully enclosed in glass, and our table was pushed right up against it—with another table directly on the opposite side. It almost felt like we were dining with the other party, separated only by a thin sheet of glass, which was somewhat amusing more than bothersome.
