I went to eat with my children on Monday. Magic Grill advertises that kids eat free on Mondays when you order a kids meal and and purchase an adult meal. I did both. After I paid I realized I was charged for both. I asked if they still did “Magical Monday” and the manager co firmed that they did. I asked if I could be refunded the kids meal, and they said no, you couldn’t be refunded after you had already ordered and paid. Except, they had just refunded my sister in cash after they charged her for something she didn’t order. Later, when my husband called, their excuse was that the kids meal I ordered didn’t qualify. How?? No where on the sign does it specify which kids meal qualify. Also, we were charged more the posted prices. I will never be back and never recommend any one to eat there.

It’s always a good time when it comes to the Magic Grill. It’s the open face with swiss cheese, mushrooms, and onions for me. If you don’t know Mike when you walk in, you probably will before you leave. Personal attitude around the whole place, they are genuinely glad to see you. Support your local businesses, stop shipping your hard earned dollars out of town.

We will never go there again!! We substituted onion rings for our fries but were charged for them. They were overcooked and burnt and inedible. My grandsons shrimp poboy was in a thick piece of Italian bread and he couldn’t bite it without the shrimp falling out. What the heck! My catfish was the only decent thing. I spent $48 for 3 people!! Not worth the $$$

Magic Grill has become the family favorite. My Wife is stuck on the roast beef poboy and I have been trying to work my way through the menu we highly recommend trying everything. For those who know, this is what Ray’s used to be.
