Frist time visit and it was a good one. Super freindly service. The staff asked several times if all is well. My wifes food was a bit too salty and she was given a new dish in minutes. That made a big diffrence. I would have given 5 stars on food otherwise. I had chicken parmesan and it was very good. Prices are reasonable. We wil be back

I have mixed feelings about my recent visit. On one hand, the food was absolutely incredible, and the cocktails were top-notch. Our waitress, Tamika, was fantastic—attentive, friendly, and truly made the evening special.
However, the atmosphere was dampened a little by the floor manager. Apparently, at this location, you aren’t allowed to actually enjoy yourself. The manager came to our table twice to tell us to be quiet. We weren’t shouting; we were simply talking in our normal voices and laughing because we were having a great time.
It’s disappointing to be “shushed” at a lively Italian restaurant while spending money on a great meal. I wish I’d caught his name, but he definitely needs more training in hospitality and reading the room. My friends and I still had a blast, anyway.

My family and I had an absolutely terrific five star experience at Maggiano’s at Cumberland Mall this Christmas Eve.
The food was, quite honestly, fantastic and the portions were huge!
The salmon is particularly delicious! As are the beef tenderloin tips with mushrooms and amazing mashed potatoes. The salads are top notch and the stuffed mushrooms are simply amazing.
I really look forward to having those items again and also trying more things from the wonderful menu.
Our server Honey was amazing and truly made our Christmas Eve special. She knew the menu backward and forward, her suggestions were spot on, and she was so charming and pleasant to interact with throughout our meal.
Izzy is a fantastic hostess who is so passionate about her job and serving the clientele.
And Chris, the General Manager, is just a consummate professional who always makes sure that everything is fantastic for everyone at the restaurant.
We had a fantastic evening at the restaurant and cannot recommend it more highly.
We will certainly be back. Hopefully soon!

1st time visit. The bread and appetizers where spot on. The calamari was cooked perfectly. The stuffed mushrooms where delicious. The Maggiano salad was so good with its hint of sweetness. The mozzarella squares were huge and cheesy.
The server was very nice but the food came out slow and the drinks even slower. We ordered a Old Fashion and they didn’t even smoke it or use the correct cherrie. Didn’t even get the orange peel. We said something so the next one came out in a smoke chamber with the correct cherry and orange peel. They tried to cut corners on the drinks. Make them make it right. They are too expensive to be cutting corners.

Maggiano’s is one of my favorite restaurants to go to because I always know the food is going to always taste the same it never disappoints. This was actually my first time trying their $59 2 person special. You have to sit inside. For $59 you get one appetizer or 2 salad, two choices of pastas and dessert. For my appetizer I tried to Wagyu meatballs that were 10 out of 10 it came with a few pieces of bread. The sauce was amazing. Entrée lasagna & famous D pasta.

We enjoyed our dinner Saturday evening as we celebrated my son’s and grandma’s birthdays. The food was good although it could’ve been fresher (bc it was too cool for my liking). We also didn’t get the right size portion of food for our large party. That is the reason for the food star rating.
The atmosphere was cool, they were extremely busy once we arrived. We really didn’t mind our seating area, but they tried placing us at a very small table. We asked to be seated elsewhere, a few of the employees were saying “no we couldn’t move” there was a larger table right next to us and we were told we couldn’t sit there bc it was reserved. Only to watch no one come and be seated. That is when Curtis stepped in and accommodated us! The most annoying thing for customers is hearing what can’t be done versus what can be done. (Hint hint) lastly the lighting is terrible!

Came here tonight with my family to celebrate my mother-in-law’s birthday. The atmosphere was great as always! I started off with the spaghetti and meat sauce and wasn’t really a fan, but they had no problem letting me switch it out, which I appreciated. Our waiter was okay, but he could’ve had a little more energy, but he got the job done. Overall, still a solid experience, and I’d definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for some genuine, upscale Italian food!

First time visitor and I really enjoyed it. Tamika (sp), the bartender, was amazing. I’d go back just for her. The food was really good. The bread is amazing; do not skip it! I ordered the stuffed shells, and had it with the lobster cream sauce. I really enjoyed it. It seemed a little salty after a while, but I ate it all. I had a pomegranate martini to drink. If you like a sweeter drink, with a bit of tang, you’ll enjoy it. I gave the atmosphere 4 out of 5 stars because there were kids in the bar area that were loud and fussy. I’m excited to go back soon.

This restaurant set a whole new bar!! We came for our anniversary and they rolled out the red carpet! Service 10, Food 20!! Many restaurants have suffered since covid. This restaurant has made up for covid woes and anything past and present. The depth of the flavors in each dish were complex and layered from the salad to all four main dishes and to each dessert we had. There was not one disappointment, and so many exciting layers. I could not say which was my favorite! Maggiano’s is once again my fave restaurant… And now the Cumberland location is my favorite!!
