The brisket deviled eggs were really good with the added smokiness of the meat. The brussel sprouts with bacon pieces and egg was an unexpectedly great flavor combination but the ahi nachos were awesome! Perfect flavor combination! The chips were crunchy but yet it all melted in your mouth. So good! The server was attentive, the environment was relaxed and we can’t wait to come back!

Ok. Met family, 3 of us on our first visit on a Friday before 6pm. As other reviews have mentioned, it is not a place to get a good value but price alines for location. Very loud. Lots of young children. The food was pretty good. Onion rings appetizers were the favorite. BLTA was ok, Jerk Chicken wrap was ok. I thought the wrap would have at least a little heat, but no. Sat near where food was picked up, so I had to get a photo of Brisket deviled egg appetizer, but didn’t try them. Wouldn’t race to return, but not awful.

The food is excellent. I had the BLTA and the garlic aioli really stepped it up to delicious. They have a large drink menu. The atmosphere is loud and the high tables are a bit awkward. It’s good for a sports bar and drinks with better than average food. The outdoor seating is nice and would be less noisy during the summer.

My opinion…I had trouble stomaching the cost of the food – pun intended. $24 for a burger! The flavor/quality doesn’t match. So, go for the happy hour that ends at 5pm. Beers are $8 with $1 off for happy hour.

Staff is absolutely the highlight. Great people, interested in your happiness while visiting! I want to go back to be with them!

Location and atmosphere are great, but I’m generally cold there.

$5 Tacos (4 for $20) were pretty good but the crispy chicken was a little too crispy. Still good but they were just chicken straps cut up to fit a taco.

The sandwich for sandwich week was pretty dang good. Schnitzel sandwich with bacon? Perfect. Not sure I’ve had that combo but it works. The bread was artisan bread and was toasted just right.

Had the fish and chips in a burger. The burger bun was fairly dry. The fish and chips were over fried and battered pretty heavy. Overall, a decent experience it can get pretty loud there so try to pick a section. It’s a little bit away from everyone overall decent food will I go back? probably not.

This is a great pub that is at a great restaurant quality. It is nice and bright inside even on a gloomy rainy day. The place gives you a sense of comfort as you walk in. The menu has great and balanced options but is not overcrowded at all. Beer choices are also fantastic. Well, my poison is red or amber ale when it comes to beer so I was very pleased to find it here. Food was excellent. The Ahi tuna salad is a work of art visually. The steak salad melts in your mouth. The french fries are not soaked in oil and are nice and crispy. I plan to revisit in the near future to try things on the menu I did not get a chance to today. Service was great as the waiter frequently checked in to make sure all was good. All in all I would say this is a great place to dine on any occasion. You will not be disappointed!

Food was delicious, everyone in my party enjoyed their meals. Burgers are amazing, Philly cheesesteak got a rave review, and I got a really great pina colada slushie that I’ve still been thinking about after. Overall great experience!

First time being in the “House”. The employees, the people were really inviting, welcoming and friendly! It felt like my friend’s hand out place.
The food was really great! I had the chicken shwarma gyro which was “altered” It was tasty but if you are expecting your traditional shwarma then you might be a bit dissapointed!
The burger, salads were yummy too!!

Weenie Week! Duke’s always participates in the silly Portland specials and it always makes me happy to know that I can still participate without going too far from home. They had a special take on a Sonoran dog and it was delightful. Cream cheese, everything bagel seasoning and an everything bun, a delicious bratwurst, caramelized onions, ground mustard, and jalapeños. I am usually not a spicy lady, but the jalapeños were not overpowering. Duke’s is typically on the pricey-er side, so when there is a special like an $8 hot dog, jump on it!

I did see that other people later on in the week had some different bun options on the weenie week special, which is a bummer because part of what made it so good was the special bun!
