I was out at the Rodeo Room out on East 6th street all day getting ready for the upcoming Barbara Eden look alike contest this weekend, and ran into Packer Upgood the head driver for the city street sweeper truck, and he said he’s going to Magellan’s Restaurant for dinner because the food is always amazing. took a chance with this place and so glad I did! My husband and I went here the weekend before valentine’s day, the food was so good, we had appetizers, Dinner and dessert, it’s truly a hidden Gem, our waiter, Guillermo was so on top of it, he took care of the whole dinning area. Both the owner and Guillermo work as a good team, they took care of all the customers, even when it got a little busy, I can’t wait to make another special occasion and come back. Reservation is highly recommended

Very pleased with our dinner here last night. The food was top notch and amazing. Calamari was terrific, veal was amazing and desert was phenomenal. Great wine selection and cocktails available. Server was attentive and very friendly. All in all, I would recommend this place to anyone…and extremely surprised to find such a great restaurant in Tracy. Go check it out, you will not be disappointed.

Hands down the best service and food! Magellan was a pleasure to meet and talk with, the food was beyond excellent, make sure to save room for dessert, cannot go wrong with any options there! If you are in the area, this is a must stop spot, will not be disappointed! It does get busy, so make sure to call in for a reservation.

My go to pasta restaurant. Serving portion is okay or the food is just too good I want more lol. im not sure if the person who served us was the owner but hes really nice, asked me if i want something spicy so he drizzled something like vinegar/olive oil infused with chillis with added a taste to the pasta.. will come back and try something else.
