Absolutely amazing experience! The food was delicious, the service was fantastic and the seasonal coffee flight was out of this world. I can’t wait to go back. We had the chilaquiles, the birria omelet and shared the strawberry pancakes. Every single bite was heaven. I HIGHLY recommend this place, and especially the strawberry pancakes!!! I dream about them now!!

While the exterior appearance is inviting, the experience inside falls short. Service was mediocre. The real issue was the cuisine, which was unappetizingly bland, devoid of flavor, and cold. The cafe quick¹de olla was particularly disappointing, possessing an unpleasantly bitter taste. It’s difficult to understand the high reviews, as the quality doesn’t match the rating; the only draw is the atmosphere. We found much better food at Denny’s across the street immediately after leaving.

Cute little spot however flavor in food and personality of staff is non existent. 3 people spent almost $100 because they up charge every little thing. The waitress tried to say vanilla in the cold brew ( flavorless and watered down btw) is an extra 25 cents yet on their menu says vanilla cold brew is $7. Small table spoon of cotija was $4. Just look at the bill and look at how nobody finished any of their food because it was all disgusting. Waste of time and money ! Do not recommend.

We went for brunch and really enjoyed the food and service. The atmosphere was upbeat and busy but not too loud where you have to yell to your tablemates. I ordered a cafe de olla and it was good. They added milk which made it taste more like a latte. I did like that you could order it cold as well. The food was delicious, loved the tenderness of the steak. I did order my eggs well done, and were nearly well done, but still enjoyable. I would come again. As for service, we were seated promptly and the staff were attentive.

My wife and I decided to give this place a go. NGL, we started off negative when we walked in, it was loud with no acoustic dampening. The woman who greeted us and seated us was extremely friendly and happy so we figured let’s give it a go. Then we got the menu’s and grumbled about the prices. We were cranky but our server was extremely friendly so we were polite and placed our order.
Our food came out and we were impressed with the presentation, it just looked good. I ordered the Mole Chilaquiles and the only place I have had anything as good for Mole was in Oxaca, this Mole was delicious, it had that right earthy spice to it and the consistency that a mole should have where it wasn’t all paste nor was it running. We were also given a habanero salsa that had a great spice and kick to it.
Overall we kinda kicked ourselves for being cranky and declared Madre’s as very worth the price because the food was extremely delicious and worth the price. Also the service was crazy fast.
The only negative I can make is that it’s a cement floor and hard walls in a very open environment with loud music which forces people to talk louder and so sounds bounce around making the entire place quite loud. Highly recommend that the owners look into active acoustic systems or hang some baffles fromt he ceiling.

This place recently opened. Had been to the Rancho location and wanted to come support. Easy to get to right off the freeway. Has a huge dining area. high ceilings. Bright. Colorful. There’s booths and tables set up to accommodate all party sizes. I was quickly seated and server came out. She explained the limited monthly plates and drinks. I ordered the churro french toast. I thought I recognized someone. So I got up and was happy to see Carlos running the place. Had a short Convo and caught up. Shortly after checked out the restroom. It was clean and colorful. Back to my seat and brunch came out. Delicious. I watched the servers take care of other patrons and even someone getting happy birthday sang to. Amazing ace to try out and return too.

We had a great experience at Madres Brunch. The food was delicious, the mimosas were on point, and the service truly stood out. Everyone was so kind and welcoming from the moment we arrived.
What really meant a lot to us was how accommodating they were to get a table ready for a party of 7 and even made room for our baby stroller. That kind of thoughtfulness makes a huge difference, especially when dining with a baby.
The atmosphere was fun, the staff were attentive, and we never felt rushed. It was the perfect spot for family brunch. We’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to friends and family. Highly recommend!

I was excited to try this spot out because I’ve seen it so much on social media. Luckily there was no wait time for us so we were seated immediately. But then we were told twice by both employees that they’d be right over to take our drink orders… we waited maybe 5 minutes or so with both waitresses just walking around and never stopping back at our table again. We didn’t even get waters in the meantime. Just felt like we were being ignored or forgotten. The food was not that impressive either. My husband ordered a side of hash browns and the orange chicken chilaquiles. Less than subpar on both. The hash browns were mushy and too powdery from the amount of seasoning that was put on it. My food was probably the best. I ordered the chilaquiles rojo and my husband and I preferred to eat that over everything else. Overall, I wish the service was better especially considering that they were not that busy. There were maybe 4 other tables in the restaurant so I feel as though the waitresses could have been more attentive. And I will also say, for the price point, my expectations for the food were a lot higher and I’m sad that it didn’t even come close to meeting them.

So glad we have another brunch place in Corona! We’ve been to one other location and they are SO good! The chilaquiles are essential and their lattes are delicious!! They have great mimosa flights as well and super cute and aesthetic inside. Great service as well, will definitely be making this place a regular spot!
