So disappointed. I moved to WV about 4 mths ago. Came back to MD for family and stopped in for dinner.
Had the Chesapeake burger and they changed the recipe. It used to be amazing, over-flowing with crab dip, it was absolutely amazing. It’s one of those things that I new exactly what I wanted before we even showed up to the restaurant.
Now they just throw a tablespoon of crab meat. Not even backfin or lump. And cover it with shredded cheese. One of the most expensive burger on the menu and the county at that point. And something that used to be decadent and over the top is now bland, dry, un-seasoned and definitely over priced.
Doesn’t help that it was over cooked. Ordered medium and came out mid-well to well-done

Such a great experience for our first time here, we were recommended this place by my boss and I’m so glad we took the recommendation because the food was absolutely delicious and we tried each other’s plate so we could get a taste of more and the salmon was so scrumptious and the crab cake was incredible with jumbo lump meat but that Crab dip bread bowl was absolutely out of this world!! The establishment is beautifully decorated inside and the service was wonderful and so inviting and friendly. I recommend this establishment highly because it was an all around great experience!

My husband and I ate here last Thursday. When we arrived, it was not busy.
So we both ordered a cup of cream of crab. It was creamy, but because there is cream cheese in the recipe. Not alot of crab in it.
My husband had the seafood platter, which had scallops, shrimp, crabcake and a piece of fish. He had onion rings, all 6 of them, and Cole slaw.
I had the trio platter, which had shrimp, scallops, and a crabcake. I had fries and Cole slaw.
Just about all the seafood was underseasoned . The crabcake had nice big chunks of crab, but not seasoned. It was bland. A shaker of old bay sat with the salt and pepper.
Unfortunately, we asked for the server for the check but had to wait at least 10 minutes for it to come to our table. She was chatting with another table not giving us our check. NOT coming back!

Best crabs in the area! We loved the stuffed oysters.The sour beef and dumplings was excellent!!! Their specials can’t be beat!!! I added photos of Twin stuffed lobster tails, Soft Crabs A La Baltimore and Prime Rib Bayou all weekend specials and outstanding! Eat in or carry out, excellent food!

First time going here with a friend and was disappointed to say the least. As a BW, I’ve had a run in being in a space with no one looking like me and that’s fine. But the blatant bs in my face is ridiculous. Firstly false advertisement if you have ayce crabs year round but when I arrived they had a sign that said they were sold out. Yet, I saw some other patrons with a tray of crabs being served. After the slow service, my friend said her oysters were good but we weren’t even told “hope you come back” or nothing. Smh

The food is always and I do mean ALWAYS delicious! I typically order a dozen of jumbo crabs and they are huge, I am never able to finish. Each time I’ve visited, i am seated right away. The staff are welcoming, attentive and friendly. The best part is the ice cream sandwich at the end of my meal. I look forward to it!

So HAPPY to say we have found our spot for all things seafood in the North Baltimore County area!! Called around 11:30am on Sunday of Labor Day weekend and was able to secure a dozen medium crabs, 4 ears of sweet corn, and a crab dip in a bread bowl with bread chips. The ladies on the phone were very friendly and had the same great demeanor upon arrival, which is rare in today’s climate, and especially in the service industry on a busy holiday weekend! The crabs were absolutely delicious… IMO they were larger than other mediums in the area and were very full. The seasoning was perfect. The crab dip is fantastic and the corn was so sweet and drool worthy! This place is a WINNER ! Thanks for a great Sunday lunch!

My wife and I stopped in on Tuesday night for their lobster special. We arrived at 7:12pm and were seated after we got someone’s attention. We placed our order for the lobster, and an oysters Rockefeller appetizer. After wait for over 20 minutes the waitress informed us that the kitchen had shut down the steamer at 7:30, and they were not doing our lobster special after we had been sitting there for almost 30 minutes. We waited a few minutes to talk to the manager, but gave up and left. The staff was more worried about getting out of there, then taking care of the customers.
