Madison’s used to be our favorite, but the quality has gone downhill. Last two times Ordered the 18” Pizza, Wings & Soda special soda was missing, and the wings came undercooked and cold. Even with a partial refund, we couldn’t enjoy our meal. Undercooked food is a serious health concern. Really disappointed and won’t be ordering again unless things improve.

Honestly, this place has gone downhill a lot. It used to be a staple of downtown Albany but now the quality is just very mid. It’s a great place to go. If everything else is closed please make your garlic knots better.pizza. I would rate a 6.1 out of 10.

Pizza was so mid and garlic knots had no flavor. Did not heat up garlic knots. Regret coming . Make better pizza please because it was just $3.50 for a slice. Just grab and go type vibe. No photo bcz I gobble it and I’m looking for other pizza restaurants

Stopped in on a late Saturday night to place an order for wings, the restaurant was empty. Basic customer service,the wings were very odd and mushy.The mild sauce seemed like it was poured over the wings and not tossed.This use to be my families favorite wing stop over the years but the quality and service has been diminishing.Will more than likely be my last time supporting this business.
