So good! Ordered the Chicken Adobo Rice Bowl and loved it. Very flavorful and filling and as you can see from the photo it looks epic! Tastes as good as it looks. A bunch of sliced sweet peppers as well and some sliced jalapeño peppers or you can leave those off if you don’t like a kick to it. They have a good truck too apparently so keep your eye out for them at events.
We were at the mall for the Christmas season Giving Machine ribbon cutting event and we were so glad we stayed for some food. Keep up the great work guys. I’ll be back for sure.

Easily the best Burger ive had in a mall. I will be most definitely coming back. The fries were nice and salted. The burger was cooked really nicely. Also the best pickles ive had in a burger. William provided excellent service. Yes it was a bit of a wait. However this food is well worth the wait. This man is working by himself and he is killing it, and the presentation too is outstanding.

Cubano sandwich was great, rice bowl was ok, chicken could use a bit more flavor but overall everything was good.

so I am a big rice bowl enthusiast, maybe the mixture of cold rice and chicken made it a little bland, would suggest steam the rice a little but more but it’s just me 😉

We ate the food a county fair and holy smokes!!!! They are amazing. The chicken adobo rice bowl is practically to die for. My spouse had the Cubano and said it was the best ever.
I’m so glad they have a physical location in Spokane! That means we will be able to eat this amazing food again.

LOVE this place and the chef who works there! Food is always so delicious every single time! And the chef is super friendly! Definitely give this spot a chance! The orange aioli sauce is to die for! As are the fries and burgers! Dole whip is a must every time!

This place should be a full restaurant because it is so far above food court food! You cannot get anything else like this in a mall, it’s seriously delicious and so fresh! Everything is made to order so you know it’s not sitting out under heat lamps all day. I’ve had the Cubano and now the Rice Bowl, and both were amazing. Serious props to the chef!

The food was flavorful & delicious! Chef was super welcoming & you could tell he took his love & care for the food seriously. Presentation was great. This isn’t normal mall food, it wasn’t mall food at all. One of the best burrito bowls I’ve had. Chicken was delicious. This bowl was gluten free and dairy free. 🙂 thank you!
