Stopped here 2x now before flights. The coffee is OK…. barely above average. They don’t always have all the options listed on the menus.
Service is satisfactory, but I get the impression that the employees don’t really know what’s on their own menus. That’s a lot to put up with for airport prices.

Very disappointed with the pork sandwich for sure. I do realize this is airport food, but most airports have managed to improve the quality of food and options they provide. I just can’t believe this pork sandwich is $17. The quality is not fantastic and this is kinda like carnival food, something to fill your stomach but nothing special that would bring you back. Try another restaurant in the airport and steer clear of this place.

Terrible in all respects. Coffee was cold, staff could not understand simple requests, and then claimed they could not issue a refund without a manager present. First dining attempt at the new KCI (A gates) was a bust!

Good concept, but poorly executed. You walk in and besides the kiosk you have no clue how to order food. Service was pretty good, but the whole experience was a head scratcher with lots of room for improvement.

Had a pleasure of having a chicken of Bo Lings menu with fried rice here. Payed 16$ plus tip. Honestly not really impressed, Panda Express quality or similar. Fried rice is a cracked egg mixed with white rice only, no soy sauce or flavor. On the positive note the chicken itself was delicious and a real chicken . Personally I’ll look for other options next time .

Ordered food from the bakery/coffee area. I ordered a ham and swiss crossant and a muffin and water. Food was cold on the inside and hot on the outside. Muffin was stale. I paid $20+ not worth it even for airport food.
Service was fine, but it seemed like one person knew what they were doing and the other two were just getting in each other’s way.

We ordered Bo Lings at the kiosk at the entrance because we thought you had to, but you can go in and order at the counter. At first they didn’t have the sauce for General Tso’s so the manager was working on refunding our order, which is more difficult if ordered through the kiosk. While we were waiting for the refund, the sauce came in and they prepared it very quickly. The manager was still going to refund us for our trouble; we told him not to, but he and the whole waitstaff were so nice. The portion was very generous, plenty for 2 people, and the food was hot and good. I would eat here again but would recommend ordering at the counter.

I was travelling through this past weekend and stopped to eat here. The food was okay & the surroundings were clean, but very basic – however, my service and the folks working there were AMAZING! Such a sweet bartender – I wish I got her name.
I have to say that $18 for a shot of whisky is OUTRAGEOUS, but whatever….

Stopped here before flight around 6:30am. Not the best service. Seemed like they were not prepared. 3 people working, one taking orders, one drinks one heating food. They were out of a few things. I got a croissant and small coffee. Said don’t have to warm food, was told it’s cold been in refrigerator. I said that’s fine. Got my croissant and it wasn’t cold it was extremely hard. Got the coffee and no sleeve for a pipping hot cup of coffee. Almost to where you couldn’t hold it. Asked for sleeves and it was like oh yeah we have them. (They were by the lady who was doing the coffees).
Just didn’t seem very prepared. Not sure would return back especially since there are a lot of other places to get coffee and breakfast items.
