Disappointing food and incredibly rude service!!!
I visited this restaurant with a friend hoping for a pleasant meal, but the experience was awful I knew we should’ve had went to Los verdes located in the same plaza.
I ordered the Hawaiian Burger, fully admitting that I made a mistake in ordering without reading the fine print on the menu where the word “ham” was barely visible due to the small font size. When my burger arrived, I politely explained to my server and asked if it would be possible to exchange the item or perhaps remove it from the bill, as I couldn’t eat it due to religious reasons.
The server’s response was a sharp and unhelpful, “No! It’s already made” and went to the back and removed the ham and brought it back to me.
The lack of basic customer service and the rude tone was shocking. A good establishment would offer a solution or at least an apology for the miscommunication, even if they couldn’t fulfill the exact request. Instead, I was met with hostility and forced to pay for a meal I couldn’t eat. I’ve been in the service industry myself for 3 years and never have I ever heard of a restaurant decline. The server herself did NOT repeat what was in the items or doubled check. Mistakes happen, but how a business handles them is what matters. The quality of service here ensures I will not be returning. Buyer beware, and prepare for poor customer interactions if anything goes wrong with your order.
