I arrived at Mad Chicken after 10pm, and one thing I really liked is that they stay open late that’s definitely a plus when you’re craving something after hours. However, the customer service experience left a lot to be desired. The employee behind the counter didn’t seem very welcoming or friendly. As for the food, I ordered the mad fries which is waffle fries, chicken tenders, and their signature mad sauce. Flavor wise, everything was pretty good! The chicken had a nice seasoning and crunch. The waffle fries were seasoned well too. Unfortunately, the food wasn’t hot, it was more like room temperature, which took away from the overall experience. If the food had been served fresh and hot, it would’ve made a big difference. Overall, I’d be willing to give it another shot, hopefully earlier in the day next time.

This place is delicious. It’s a big pricey but worth it. You get a ton of food and the chicken is excellent. The chicken is fried perfectly without being oily and greasy. It’s crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Excellent fries, very crispy and they STAY crispy. Very delicious place. Even with sauce the nuggets don’t get soggy! Great late-night option, much better than other fast food options.

Mad chicken is mad trash. I went there for a Caesar chicken wrap the wrap with three pieces of chicken in it. The customer service as I walked in I said hello the gentleman at the counter and just looked at me like I didn’t say a word at first, I didn’t think he spoke English so I said it again he didn’t say a word so then I had to ask him a question hey what does a combo come with just to hear if he speaks English? He spoke perfect English. This is a waste of an establishment. I’m mad that I spent my money if you don’t wanna be mad, don’t buy mad chicken. Making ppl waste time at 11pm to receive trash

My first time ordering last night. The bill was almost $60. The lemon pepper wings were the worse. Unbearably salty and I wasn’t able to eat them. The Buffalo flavored wings were too but not as salty but still hard to enjoy. The only person that enjoyed their food was the honey hot. The place looks beautiful and the service was pretty good. I barely eat out and I have family visiting that wanted to try this place. Im not a fast food person at all just once in a blue but won’t eat here again.

Food was amazing!!!!! Very clean place and was dast getting food! Had the mad fire sauce which was amazing. The guy behind the counter though definitely did not want to be there and had an attitude… will come back but maybe will want someone else handling my order.
