This was straight up bait-and-switch.
The menu clearly advertises “over 100 pepperonis all the way to the edge.” What I received had maybe 15–20. It looked like a basic regular pepperoni, not the specialty pizza they’re charging for.
When I brought it up, I was met with attitude and told they’re “limited” on how many pepperonis they can use. So which is it? Are you selling a 100+ pepperoni pizza, or are you not allowed to make it?
I had to come back in person and keep pushing the issue before they finally agreed to remake it. It shouldn’t take arguing to get what’s clearly advertised. That’s not customer service — that’s damage control.
Yes, they’re fixing it now, but the experience was unnecessary and frustrating. If you advertise something, make it. If you can’t, don’t sell it.

This is a review of the location in regards to (pick-up).
The food is fresh and the guy in the front is a 1 man army. Props to him for keeping his cool when 15 people are waiting impatiently for there food on a busy weekend night. The best way to order from this specific location would be to place your order online and pickup will be using a code for your food waiting in a pick up oven to the left of the register when you walk in. My mistake i ordered on the spot and waited 45 minutes when the thermostat on the wall read 90 degrees (my fault). Me and another customer were talking on how this place moves pizzas pretty fast and respected the hustle. But understand the online orders keep printing so the 1 man army dude is constantly fulfilling that while being attentive to the walk in’s (me). Its a sauna so please order online. Food is definitely fresh tho. Thank you

I’m a senior citizen having a hard time sometimes… ordering online. The place was empty. Nobody waiting. No pre-made pizza ready to go as other people may call it. I ask if I order a pizza if I could get the free bread sticks Tuesday perks. He said only online orders. I asked if he could help me or show me how to place the order. He smiled and said he didn’t know. I stood there for 10-15 minutes… trying to place the order. During that time I could hear laughter coming from the back area where they make pizza. The worst part of all was not the laughter… They were cracking jokes about me. I also was hungry and now I am not. This is not drama! It is very sad a pure disappointment, disrespect and Little Caesars should not have people like this working for them. It doesn’t matter who You are or the kind of work you do… Do it with passion and have compassion for those that may not be that savvy. There will be a day that we all get old or we need help from someone else.

Waited 2 hours to end up with an uncooked pizza and uncooked wings. Absolutely ridiculous. The delivery driver told me he was so pissed because apparently the one worker in the store spoke no English and acted like he had no idea about my order. Never ordering from here again.

What happened to putting Parmesan on crazy bread? I have had the experience over the last few years of ending up with nearly plain crazy bread every time I go to ANY Little Caesars. VERY disappointing— but this was the worst of them all. The crazy bread had a speck or two of Parmesan on each stick. Are you kidding me????? What happened???????? Do better!!!!!

Horrible service and wait time. We ordered 2 pepperoni, 1 cheese and a cheesy bread. We received all cheese. She recooked the pizzas with pepperoni and none of the pizzas had seasoning. Also, she gave us a flat bread pizza instead of the traditional cheese. She offered to give money back or take it, but not to remake is correctly. Very dissatisfied with the whole experience.

Awful, first time in like 5 years and the employee had such an attitude to make an order! God forbid I ask someone to do the job they’re at! Food was ready quickly but I was standing there for an extra 20 min and I had to call the employees attention for her to roll her eyes at the idea of me getting her attention,for our food to have been sitting there the whole time!

Mom’s beware, my 16 yr old ordered and paid by phone, got an order number and an ETA. Goes to pick up and they don’t have it and they give him the run around. He gives them his phone to prove the transaction is legit and still nothing. The grown man, not kid at the counter says he can’t give him a pizza. Not until I, his mom go in there one hour later do they give him a pizza in like 5 minutes. Giving one star because I have to so I can leave a review. The service gets a big fat zero! Never going back because the very least my kid should have gotten an apology from that grown as man child.

I have been taking pizza’s out from this location for over 30 years. They always have the best deal in town. Either I order ahead and it is ready when I arrive (can track progress online) or get hot n ready. I have never had problems as some of the other reviews stated. Today I got a special with 2 topping pizza, slices n stix and 2 liter Pepsi for $17.99. How can you beat that? Also order was on time and very good . 🙂
