Then this is the wrong place for you.
I just want to watch some football with some comrades and they won’t let me. I offered to join the VFW, bring my DD214 with me, pay on the spot. I just need a solid place to go today when I’ve got nowhere to go and I’m feeling down. Well this is NOT the veterans supporting place for camaraderie and friendship.
I guess it’s just a private bar and cheap booze and smokes mean more. They can have it but just take Vet out of the name, eh?

Im a veteran and own my own contracting business. While I was just sitting in the parking lot of their outdoor hall doing paper work and someone who worked their in a white ram truck pulled awkwardly next to me and began staring, when I asked if the was something he needed he aggressively reversed his truck towards me. I left at that point. I haven’t been here during operation, but I know I’ll think twice before coming here for a drink with my crew after work.
