Wow. I’ll start with the good. My grilled cheese was pretty yummy. Now on with the review.
We ordered through UberEats. Here is a picture of my son’s Mac and cheese. It was so disgusting. Doesn’t look like the picture in the menu and tastes like really bad alfredo. My seven year old couldn’t even eat it and my husband threw his away. Husband also ordered boneless wings….yeah, they weren’t boneless. We also ordered fries, that were missing from the order. Seems like a lot of money thrown down for inedible or missing food.
Tried to contact the restaurant for a refund on at least the missing fries. Good luck finding a phone number. Google and their actual website have absolutely no contact information. Do not order from this restaurant- you will get subpar food, if what you order is even there, and no way to contact them to give them a chance to fix it. Huge disappointment.

So this place DOES exist, technically. It’s a ghost kitchen operated by Bar Louie through Doordash and I’m assuming other food delivery apps.
I ordered straight from their website, pickup, and then walked over to Bar Louie.
I was a little nervous, called the number provided, which called Bar Louie, so I went inside to double-check and didn’t see any signage for Mac & Stacks.
One of the bartenders, Justin, was so nice and lovely and explained to me how it worked, then invited me to sit at the bar while I waited.
I took my food back to my hotel and it was pretty good. I had the “It’s Tuscan…Son” with chicken, and an ice tea. Maybe needed some more salt, but otherwise pretty good

Wow!! I had to get on here and write a good review for the fine folks at Mac and Stacks!! First off, I have worked in restaurants for 15 years and their food quality exceeded my expectation. I have ordered Uber Eats so many times, they probably know my name. I love that they are open late, helps me out with my crazy schedule. Now for the yummy part…….their Mac and cheeses are delicious, creative, and consistent with a PERFECT amount of sauce and cheese!! Their sandwiches (especially the patty melt) are superb!! Love, love, love the way they toast their bread. Oh!!!! And their chocolate cake, yeah you’re gonna need 2 slices. Moist, creamy chocolate icing that almost taste like Granoche or mousse.
