The restaurant was dirty I had to clean my table before I sat down, a family came in after us and sit one table over and they had to clean there table to. The Diet coke has a terrible flavor, I think it does not have enough syrup. The idea everything is an up charge at 12 for a burrito or a bowl is not for me. One steak burrito a steak bowl with two large drinks adding a spoonful of queso to both was Over $37.00. I know everything is expensive my burrito did not have much steak it is very portioned controlled. I have owned food establishment and you want people to come back. The chips seemed stall to me. I believe Front Royal Chipotle needs a little bit better management. I mostly like will go back but it will be probably a long time before I do. The service needs to improve as well. The person making the burrito stayed with it till he handed it over to the cashier, but I had to wait for the other person in my party because someone else should step in and move it along. They had enough staff that I could see to do that. Update I went back this weekend it was better, but they need to cut the heat on. The store was so cold it was unbearable we half way through wrapped up and went home and finished.

My experience was very disappointing. I paid the full price for my order and, when I picked it up, I noticed that the portion was much lower than what corresponds to what they charge.
To make the situation worse, when checking the food I found avocado peel inside the dish, which shows a clear lack of care and hygiene in the preparation.

Chipotle is disappointing to me, the stores I have been.in are never really clean. Front Royal store needs some better management, they had plenty of stuff, but a few things for me one is when I ordered they hade 4 or 5 people working that I could see. When I ordered my burrito the person worked b on it till the register no one stepped up to help the person with me, but they had enough staff. The spoonful of queso you get on the burrito or the bowl is not worth $1.70.

It’s been about a year and a half since we’ve been in this establishment. I said hey! Let’s give it a go. Man has this place gone down hill. The whole store was trashed. Food on the tables, floor and even seating. Absolutely no lemonade. We had to clean our table with what little napkins were out. The cashier girl was so rude that I probably will never come back. Not to mention there were literally only 3 people working in there. I understand low staffing but wow. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

I love Chipotle but this location needs some serious help. I walked in and there was trash on EVERY TABLE. Food all over the floor, trash cans overflowing and trash laying all over where the silverware is (which was empty). It was disgusting. I hate complaining, but when I told the cashier he just looked at me and said “is that all today?” Another lady walked up and mentioned the forks being empty and how dirty it was.
I wouldn’t be surprised if there were some serious health department violations – it’s very disappointing for our small town.

Completely disappointed!! (That’s an understatement). We used Chipotle Catering for 20 for my Dad’s birthday. The burritos were 30 minutes late, EXTREMELY small, and did not come with all the side salsas that they were supposed to come with. Many of the chips were soft. Worst of all, the rice was not cooked (literally, it was crunchy!) and made the burrito eating experience terrible. When we tried to get refunded, customer service refused to listen to our complaints and put us through a terrible email exchange back and forth. They never gave a full refund. We did not feel heard. We have used Chiptole to cater many family events in the past, but will not do this again!

I was given spoiled vinaigrette TWICE. Not to mention the container quite literally had less than a table spoon in BOTH containers. The vinaigrette was the consistency of jello. Forgot to add, the lady working the register was HORRIBLY rude. Customers came in and this worker dramatically threw her gloves off and started huffing a puffing. There was no silverware, no napkins and absolutely no tea/juice in the stands. I also witnessed her throw another customers cup into their bag. Everyone else here was an absolute sweetheart. But whoever they have working the register I believe her name is Ana (short, Latina, chunky, long black hair that is in a hat hanging out of the hole with no hair ties). I don’t even want to eat my food I got from here, best place to get food poisoning at.
