I believe the Mac’s Pizza, in the highland heights area, is the best restaurant we have in the area, always good service, always good food. And the prices are very reasonable. We’ve been ordering food from there, once a week ,for at least 2 or 3 months, we have never had any issues or problems of any sort. The staff is very friendly and respectful. Other restaurants in the area could learn a thing or two from the staff at Mac’s. I think the $24 we spend for just me and my son is very reasonable for good food. I get there mushroom and Swiss burger with a side of onion rings most of the time, and it is excellent

We got a half and half pizza, some potato skins, and chicken tenders for the kids. The food was all pretty good but not amazing. Atmosphere is like an improved version of BW3s. I’d definitely go back.

Much better than the previous businesses that have occupied the space. Good food, and great layout – 2 large garage doors that open are the new thing in sports bars and this place employs them with small bar seating right in front of the doors. Plenty of tvs and with a good seating design, there is no bad seat in the place to watch your game. Highly recommend the Philly cheese steak sammy with beer cheese.

Pizza is good but took almost an hour to get our food. We were there at lunch time but they weren’t busy. Had to wave down waitress to say we were ready to order. No refills. The waitress acted like she was annoyed with us.

Horrible experience. Save your money. I felt sorry for the single waiter with twenty tables to care for. The food took forever.The pizza was cold and the crust was hard to chew. Will never be back again. You would think that the owner or management would have enough common sense to be sure to be fully staffed when you have an event at NKU with thousands of potential consumers 1 mile away.

Had a great time with friends at Mac’s! The pizza was delicious and we all enjoyed the appetizers we ordered. The only downfall was the service was slow and all of our food came out at different times. There were six of us at the table. Each dish came out separately. By the time the last person got their food, the first was almost finished. Hopefully they get the kinks ironed out at this location. We will be back to try again.

Great food and fun atmosphere. Their meatball sub is the best thing on the menu. Tater tots are good. Waffle fries are good if you order them well-done, otherwise they will be starchy. Also very good burgers and pretzels with beer cheese. I like the Western burger best. Pizza is just okay…
