Service was good, atmosphere was quite & comfortable with music playing. Food was not hot. I thought maybe once I got down into it, it would be hotter but it wasn’t. I could even grab the dish it was in. Have been to multiple MAC’S & the food was so hot I could barely eat it & love it that way. This felt like it was cold, pre made, & warmed up. Other MAC’S I feel it’s fresh, hot, & made just minutes before hitting the table in front of me. NOT here unfortunately.

Food was warm but not hot. My microwave at home would cook it hotter than this. You shouldn’t be able to instantly eat it, you usually have to blow on the food to cool it down a little. Cheese wasn’t melted all the way. Very disappointed.

Great Food and Convenient Service
MACS is a fantastic spot with really good food and a diverse menu that has something for everyone. The portions are big, and while it’s a little pricier, it’s definitely worth it.
The convenience is a big plus—there’s easy parking, a drive-through, and the option to order online and pick up, which worked perfectly. The service was also super fast. Highly recommend!

I thought I would stop here after my friend bought me some macaroni on doordash. It was really good. I just wish they had a menu that you could look at. They list everything they have up top, but you can’t really get a feel for what everything is made with. Ingredients aren’t listed.
Definitely a family-friendly place though. And you see a lot of people with kids here because it’s a great place for kids. I would just recommend maybe looking up what you want to order ahead of time. It’s kind of weird that they have a lack of menus.

Ordered for the first time here today and it was a great experience. Did a pick up order for the new loaded baked potato macs with our coupons for national macaroni and cheese day! All four of us loved it! Large portions we all have enough for a second meal! Placed orders in advance and they were ready when I arrived and the guy working was friendly too! We will definitely be returning customers

We had an appointment today at UW Madison and decided to go 30 minutes out of our way to eat here. This place never disappoints! Perfect stop for lunch, clean restaurant and bathroom. ️ ✨ The server was friendly and helpful. If you have not tried it, you must. We have been to 3 locations, and everyone is great.

The service was great. I am on crutches and needed their help to get my food and drink out the car. They were happy to help.
The space looks very clean and quite new.
The inside of the bathroom was accessible but the door was pretty heavy so it made it difficult to get in and out of.
I would return. They also have an option to order online and pick up at the window or to dine in and skip the line.

The second we walked in the door we were greeted with amazing service. Employees offered us descriptions, recommendations, and even a taste-test to decide our perfect order. The service was absolutely exceptional. The menu had a wide variety of flavor options to please any customer! 10/10 would recommend visiting Mac’s (and specifically trying the Chipotle mac)!
