I cannot comment on the food as I have not eaten here yet, however I can relay a recent experience. I had called on Dec 12th to have 2 gift cards mailed to me for Christmas gifts. My info & address was given but they never arrived. I called Dec 22nd & talked to Trevor who answered the phone. He listened to my concerns, said he’d check & get back to me. At 6 pm he arrived in person with 2 gift cards !!! They had never been sent so he was coming to Sioux City (2 hours away) to be with family for Christmas and brought them right to my front door. Turns out when looking at the enclosed card, he is their executive chef ! How nice of him & you can’t get better service than that !

Had the half meatball sandwich and French onion soup, sandwich on Trevor’s panzonga(?) bread, was fabulous. Been to mac&ritas only twice, but have really enjoyed food both times.
