When you go to a place with “coffee roasters” in the name, you expect to have great coffee and this place did not disappoint. I started with an espresso and the flavor was balanced with no bitterness. The kids enjoyed a delicious iced caramel latte with a good ratio of sweetness, milk, and coffee flavors.
Here is where I tried matcha for the first time, I could tell the ingredients were high quality even though the flavor was new to me, I’ll definitely try it again and will recommend to my students.
The food was fresh, modifications were possible and were correct the first time around which is always a plus! Kids loved the pizza and there are many options which all looked delicious. We had lunch but will definitely be back for the breakfast which looks tasty!
Fantastic atmosphere, lots of seating, great vibes. It was busy but never felt hectic or crowded and food wasn’t delayed at all.
There was live music outside at a good volume and the inside was nice and cool even with the door open.
Servers were attentive and the baristas were very informative when asked questions (about matcha and coffee roasts/flavors and different coffees). Everyone enjoys what they’re doing and it shows, they all work together well.

Great service and delicious fresh food. Everything I’ve tried so far is absolutely scrumptious! I tried their corn arepa, Fabio’s favorite, margarita pizza, and I’ve tried all their smoothies my favorite is the sunset I highly recommend it!

I came here the week before the official opening and the coffe, food, and service was great. The young lady who helped me was kind and gave some good recommendations. I had the healthy cow bowl and was surprised by the flavors but they didnt mention it had jalapeños . I also ordered a caramel macchiato and its was delicious. Macondo coffee roaster was quite the experience. When I first arrived, there was a violinist playing out in front of the store. One of my favorite songs actually. I felt like I was welcomed. It seemed like he was playing just for me. The coffee was not prepared right away but, they were very busy. It is a loud place. Although I had to wait a long time for my coffee and breakfast sandwich, a server still managed to come up to me and tell me my food would be right out momentarily. The second before I was going to complain that it’s already been more than twenty minutes. I probably will come there again, maybe on a day they’re much slower. The experience was very luxurious, a hidden spot. I was sitting in a comfy couch, completing some work. But the atmosphere was not bad at all. Just letting you know.
