I came and placed an order for hot lemon pepper wings 20pc at 8:00pm and the gentleman that took my order was nice to me! Respect is a two way street. The establishment was very clean the gentle man was nice! Came home opened the box and i don’t usually order wings but 110% are big beautiful wings! Some places have small wings (mind you I don’t eat wings a lot. But Macon Wings haves nice size for the price as well! I completely recommend Macon wings and I will be back w/ updates as well!! After recently relocating to Macon, I was excited to try a new restaurant. The service was impressive, and the food was savory. I opted for the 2-piece catfish and 6-piece honey lemon pepper wing dinner, which was outstanding. The fish was genuine and crispy, while the wings, although having a stronger honey flavor than lemon pepper, were still delightful. My boyfriend’s 10-piece wing order, featuring half lemon pepper and half garlic Parmesan, was enjoyable, with the lemon pepper being a standout. He also appreciated the house lo mein, which was distinctively flavored and skillfully prepared. The venue was clean, and our food arrived quickly, indicating freshness. The customer service was exemplary, with staff being articulate and knowledgeable about catering to new customers.

SO glad that I stumbled upon this place.
Got the double cheeseburger with FRIED RICE as a side. Now, I will say that you’re not going to get a 5-star gourmet burger patty here, but you will get a delicious Cafè style burger that’s tasty and hot!
But that is not even the best part, in my opinion. The fried rice is PERFECT. Since moving here from a much larger food scene, I haven’t found fried rice that hits the spot. We make authentic rice at home, but sometimes I want it now and don’t have aged rice to use. This rice is full of flavor. Perfect, fresh, yummy. 10/10. I’m excited to go back and try the chicken fried rice.
Only removed one star for atmosphere, as the restaurant is mostly set up for take away, and I like a warm/friendly place to sit down for lunch between jobs. Extremely friendly service.

the wings were decent. i got the hot flavor and it was pretty good. the fries seemed to have been fried in old grease, but they were still okay. my friend had the Philly cheesesteak and said it tasted good. i would be willing to give it another try at some point in the future.

The wings were medium size, do to the size they need to be cooked down longer so that they are more tender. Cooking them in a buffalo sauce would be ideal for buffalo wing lovers like myself. Hence the taste was rather bland, sauce minimum. The fries were ok. The drink cup which came with the combo was small. This plate could have been better and for almost $15 dollars a larger cup would have been appreciated. Also not a dine-in arrangement at this moment. In business for one plus year..

*edited 10-19-22 to respond to owners reply….I never complained or compared the WINGS to any other place, I was only stating that with a 20 pc I only got 2 carrots and 1 celery…and I do understand its just a “garnish ” but it is kinda a staple when ordering wings. Also you state the cost of chicken has gone up, yes I’m very aware of that but not the cost of frozen processed “chicken tenders” that were not even the size of my palm. I will compare them to chicken tenders you get ar hardees..they are hand battered and cooked fresh. Now I’m not trying to be a rude or disgruntled customer but I was just blown away about the change in atmosphere when the owner isn’t there and the quality food you get.

I believe I did not get the value of the food I paid for. Nope, I got pre frozen small processed chicken tenders.. really???

I had the 6 piece lemon pepper wings accompanied with celery and carrots. Crispy, juicy, and finger licking good, sums up how great they tasted! You’re greeted with excellent customer service and leave with a full belly! They’ve made one returning customer!

My family enjoyed their food but mine was ok. The fish had a good flavor but I wish they would have mention that their fish had bones, just because I was sharing my food with my daughter. I will eat here again because I tried my son’s philly cheese steak sandwich and it was on point!

Don’t waste your money! I ordered a lemon pepper combo paid $12 for it and got this it was poured in lemon juice and oil the fries was oily it just was not worth it or good at all they also don’t do REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES so if you don’t like it you better eat it or throw it away highly don’t recommend

Absolutely love Macon Wings! Haven’t tried everything yet but definitely plan to. My favorite so far has been their hot wings—crispy, perfectly seasoned, and really delicious. My wife loves extra spicy foods and found these wings just right—spicy enough to impress her! I’ve known the owner personally for years, and he’s always been hardworking and dedicated to quality. The staff here are friendly, welcoming, and always provide quick service. Great food, fair prices, and a clean restaurant make this place one of my go-to spots in Macon!
