New to the area and wanted to try this place. I’ve seen the reviews and I have to agree it’s the best fish and chips I’ve ever had. That’s saying a lot because it’s one of my favorite meals!
You can tell the fish was fresh and not overly breaded. The fries were cooked just right and not too salty. My husband and I shared the large and we had leftovers for lunch the next day. Popped it into the air fryer and it was perfect!
The food did take a while but it was the 6:30 dinner rush and certainly worth the wait! We sat around back at their picnic tables and looked at the ocean while we waited. I know they close soon for the season but I can’t wait to go back!

Great stop for food and ice cream! We had the fish and chips and a lobster roll special and both were very fresh and delicious, with generous portions. Great spot outback to eat along the river. They serve Shaker Pond ice cream which is great as well. Friendly staff as well.

I was super impressed with how friendly the waitress was!!! The sitting area in the back was lovely and a wonderful view of the river. The food was tasty and good sized portions even with the kids meals!!! And the kids meals came with a drink and an ice cream!!!! What a treat!!! And The sundaes are delicious!!!!!
