This is a quiet little place, in a small strip mall, but the food is LOUD. We walked in, were happily greeted, and quickly sat for late lunch. Every aspect of the food, all the way down to the style of ice in the water, was immensely enjoyable, and the service, was awesome. Thanks, especially to Delaney, our waiter, who treated us like we were family right from the start.

Friendly service, great fun and clean atmosphere. We love the onion straws. The butterscotch pie was surprisingly delicious! We were unsure about it, but loved it. The chicken pesto sandwich was good but not amazing. I would try something else before ordering again.

We were served rather quickly and the food was good. I ordered the strawberry lemonade which had strawberry chunks which was so tasty. I also ordered the avocado BLT which really hit the spot. For my taste it did have a lot of mayo but was still good. The fries were crispy and had a good flavor. They also have the thick ranch which is my favorite. I would definitely go back.

We were passing by on our way home, decided to stop by since it has pretty good reviews and let me tell you it didn’t disappoint! There was about a 20 minute wait but well worth it! I ordered the Fireside burger, so so good! The ranch was good too. In case you want a delicious and freshing strawberry lemonade, please order it, it’s probably one of the best ones Ive had. It’s not too sweet and you get strawberries in the drink not just syrup.

Macky’s Grill was great! I was there with my wife, toddler, and dog and they were very accommodating on their patio (they even gave my dog a water bowl). My wife is a vegetarian, and my toddler is a little picky, they had something for everybody. The service and food were amazing! Definitely stop by here if you’re in Payson. I know we will! P.S – try their fries. They’re SO GOOD! P.P.S – Their kids portions are huge!

While visiting Payson, my hubby & I wanted to get a late lunch so we stopped at Macky’s Grill. We split the Payson Adventure Burger w/ fries. Yummy in our tummy! The burger was bigger than we expected, thank goodness we split it. Our server was great & friendly & kept checking to make sure all was well & if we needed drink refills. Family-friendly restaurant, cool decor, very comfortable atmosphere. You have a choice of sitting inside or outside. Highly recommend! We will definitely be back when visiting Payson again!

Was here with a good group of friends, and we are trying this place for the first time…superb! not only was this probably the best hamburger I’ve had- az chili Bomber (didn’t take a pic!! Ugh I ate it too fast) but the staff was also incredible – attentive , friendly and super helpful! Stevie was our server and I believe she is also the manager and that’s a smart mover . She was a major factor in our fun! And look at this freakin cheesecake! Be back Soon!

I visited this place with my girlfriend and her children. It was her later mother’s favorite place to dine. We also had the widower with us to enjoy a meal. It was busy upon arrival but they found us a seat outside. It was threatening rain but being from the valley it was just fine.

Loved the atmosphere, how the log chairs were decorated, murals on the walls. Food was very good, however the Soda fountain drinks were flat/not resolved. Switched to water were still charged for Soda, My Mom of 80 just didn’t want to bother. Waitress Took some pictures for us. Thank you
