Stopped by after a day of fishing, had an excellent late lunch here. The choripollo was fantastic (and cheap), and the drinks were huge for the price. The food itself was a bit more expensive than I’m used to paying in Midwest small town Mexican restaurants, but with the quality I’m not mad. It sounds crazy, but they had the best chips and salsa I’ve had in years. Also the waiter was incredibly kind and brought several refills of whipped cream to my daughter as she sipped on her virgin daiquiri. All in all, I will come back after fishing again.

the service was slow and was not good at all, the food was gross, the rice tasted like powder and the beans had a lump of cheese that wouldn’t mix. the tacos barely had anything on them and the meat was so dry it looked like it was sitting there for a week. You had to ask for rice and beans if you wanted them even though it says it comes with the meal. the strawberry margarita was horrible, tasted like pure liquid no flavor at all of strawberries.

The mood of the staff was very snappy and unwelcoming. When I asked for another margaritas special without ice the bartender brought me a margaritas in a plastic party cup. I explained that I just wanted a margaritas with salt but without ice, he came back to our table with a little glass rimmed with salt but not a margaritas glass. He slammed the glass down on the table and started slamming dishes around frombthe tables around us.
Very sad to experience. I was looking forward to going out, having lunch and a couple of margaritas from my favorite restaurant only to be treated like a nuisance.
Horrible atmosphere and horrible customer service.
I will not be back!

Server is rude doesn’t come check the table. He got our drinks wrong we waited 5 mins and he never came to check on us my husband had to go ask for the drinks to be remade. We understand mistakes happen, then we get our food we were almost finished when he finally came to check us, our drinks were empty. Then when it came time to pay the bill we had to go to the counter to get the bill.. service was the worst I’ve ever had and believe me I’ve traveled and ate at many places. The food was great but I doubt we ever come back nor will I be referring anyone here.

Just your average hometown Mexican restaurant. Food is always good, margaritas are always cold and delicious and the staff is always friendly. Don’t be discouraged if you see the parking lot full on a busy day, there’s plenty of room inside!
