The flavor hit like a symphony written by Mozart while he was blackout drunk on strawberry coulis. There was tang. There was sweetness. There was depth. There was a single perfect micro-second where all the molecules in my mouth achieved simultaneous orgasm and sang the Hallelujah chorus in perfect five-part harmony.
I blacked out for approximately eleven minutes. When I came to, three strangers were fanning me with napkins and the owner was crying happy tears while apologizing for “making it too powerful.” Too powerful. That’s the complaint. The cheesecake was too powerful.
I tried to pay. They wouldn’t let me. They said “eating it was payment enough” and then handed me a second slice “for the road.” I drove home with tears streaming down my face, one hand on the wheel, the other cradling that second slice like it was the Ark of the Covenant. My dog looked at me with concern. My dog has never looked at me with concern before. He knows something sacred happened.

Coworkers and I had a sweetooth and found this place three min down the road on Google search. Swing by and grabbed ten slices and the awesome guy at the counter threw in another for free. Boxed them all up pretty. Solid service and the slices were demolished within ten min of getting back to work. There was some minor squabbling over who got the extra slice. (I took it… You know to avoid drama )

This Cheesecake is hands down the best you’ll have! Make sure to order ahead because they do sell out, but you’ll know why they do at the first bite… unlike store bought cheesecake these are sweet and creamy, I am not usually a fan of plain cheesecake a but it has to be one of my new favorites! We ordered our cheesecake specifically to be gluten free and I couldn’t tell that the crust lacked the delicious gluten. Last minute we did add a variety of the individual slices, which was nice to find our favorite which next to the plain was the strawberry! Give them a try and I am sure they will not disappoint! Pro tip, ask for it frozen and put it in the fridge the day before eating!

Had the fruity pebble, orange dreamsicle, and key lime and liked them all. The only issue I had was with the fruity pebbles cheesecake. The top layer of fruity pebbles absorbed a lot of moisture and became hard to chew. Not sure if there is a way to fix that but really the only think. I think there are a few things can add a little to the cakes like crystalized lime on the key lime, or crystalized orange on the frosting of the orange cream one. They are a bit pricey but it’s up to you to decide wether they are worth it.

This place is right off of Harlem the section between N. second street and N. Alpine Road in the same building as Pit Stop convenience store. Clean, and the staff is friendly. The slices are $6, reasonable for the quality you get. My total was just over $32. They only offer slices to go, but you can order a whole cheesecake. Sorry I didn’t take any photos, don’t know what I was thinking. You’ll have to trust me the presentation was good, that is, the slices looked delicious. they met my expectations but weren’t blow my mind good. However, they were near the best local cheesecakes I ever had. I bought a slice of each flavor, except plain. Today’s flavors were Berry, cinnamon, strawberry, blueberry, and white chocolate were today’s choice, I understand they change the flavors every day. My least favorite was white chocolate, I think white chocolate raspberry would have been a better slice. I would come back if I couldn’t make a better cheesecake. My favorite was the cinnamon swirl. I recommend locals and visitors to the area take the trip to try at least a slice, if not a few slices. I would also recommend picking up one for dessert if you have to bring something to a dinner.

We picked up slices of the Strawberry Crunch & Blueberry Lemon, and they were delicious! Great service, and loved meeting Julie (one of the owners). Truly a family run business, and they are producing some really unique products!
