First time at this place for a quick lunch and having live in Gilroy. I ordered #1 Pho and the broth was good and lots of meat. Very good Pho place especially having lived in San Jose.

This is my go-to spot for pho in Gilroy – I come here about every other month. The restaurant is always clean, and I really appreciate how well they maintain the tables and sauces – no sticky or dusty surfaces like at many other places. The food is fast and consistently good. The pho isn’t overly sweet, which I appreciate. The meat quality is decent, I’ve definitely had better, but it gets the job done and honestly, the broth is what matters most to me. The owner and staff are friendly, and they seem to remember repeat customers, which is a really nice touch.

Unsanitary. The food is great, but today I saw a worker with glasses walk into the restroom wearing gloves and come out still wearing them. I’ve seen him before, smoking outside with gloves on and gave him the benefit of the doubt, hoping he went back and changed them before prepping and serving food. Today pretty much confirmed the lack of cleanliness for me. The food is good, but we won’t be coming back. Pay attention to who’s handling your food here.

I wish I could give 10 stars! This place is absolutely amazing. Every dish I’ve tried has been nothing short of delicious—from the rich, flavorful pho to the perfectly cooked chow mein combination plates. Was in Gilroy the other day with pops and it’s been a while since I’ve tried a new Phò shop so I pulled out my phone and started surfing the ol interweb when I happened upon M Noodle and Cafe “on Yelp of course” after reading some of the reviews and looking at some great pictures we decided to hit this place up.
First thing I noticed when we walked in is the place was packed (good sign) we were seated right away. Other things I observed were they had dollar bills taped around the walls “honestly I thought it looks very tacky” and the place doesn’t looks as clean as it could be. Deducting 1 star.
Food: I ordered The combination wonton rice with steak noodle soup comes with chicken, pork, shrimp, and beef balls. Now I noticed that it did not come with big beef flank yeah that’s what I got in it? Don’t get me wrong I love beef flank. Unfortunately the beef was WAY over cooked. Everything else was stellar, especially the broth “not kidding” I can’t remember the last time I had broth this good. “Notes to self, next time ask for raw beef flank on the side” the size of the bowl was G-eye-norm-us!!! I think this is the first time in my life I was not able to finish what was in the bowl. “ I did however slurp down every last bit of that delicious broth”
Pops had 1/2 chicken with fried rice “again a huge plate” he managed to devour over 90% of it. He gave it 2 num num’s up.

This a great soup house located in Gilroy. Doesn’t matter what the occasion, when you want some soup this is my go to spot. They have a variety of traditional Pho soups as well as a few Americanized dishes. Always tastes good to me and never to heavy. My favorite is the #18 which is a wonton combination with wantons, noodles, chicken, shrimp and meatballs.

Stopped by for lunch while way down to SoCal. Ironic that we picked this place due to its high star rating. The food quality was pretty bad – the Shaking Beer was chewy and overcooked, the fried rice was tasteless, the eggroll has a weird texture and boba drinks all tasted bad. Service is perfunctory. Portions were large perhaps why people would come here. Would not be returning.

Super friendly service, delicious food ready quickly. Def get the BBQ chicken vermicelli!!! We were about to eat in the car before hitting the road again, the owner saw us and insisted we eat at a table! They have a great outdoor setup and they brought us water and tea, so sweet!
