I’ve been to this location maybe 5 times now. I have tried different chicken dishes(im not a fan of sushi) and my bf had the salmon roll. He pretty much gets it EVERY time we go there. He loves it.
This time the Margarita was stronger than the last time.(but the price was still the same. $5) Maybe new ingredient. But the chicken had some spice to it, as stated on the menu. But it was delicious! Worth it!
I really want to try their duck dish. Maybe next time. Try it out. They have good servers. And the food comes out in no time.

M Fresh has a nice and clean atmosphere.

Ordered egg drop soup and orange chicken.

Soup was good. Chicken was delicious, very tasty orange flavor, but not overwhelming. Portion of chicken was generous.

We sat at the bar and service was good. Whole meal came to $35 with two glasses of wine.

Overall it was definitely worth the trip there, and I would recommend this restaurant.

Did takeout definitely the best Sushi in boiling springs and Spartanburg hands down. The miso soup and bang bang shrimp were excellent. The sushi was nicely sized and portioned and fresh. I would like to try more options and would like to see more options which dont includ cream cheese that is just a personal preference. I have tried sushi since moving here from NYC and in the Boiling springs and Spartanburg area this place is the best. The presentation as far as takeout might be the best I have seen anywhere around.

Update: So I have been ordering takeout here on a regular and the service has been slower and have been waiting longer each time. The past 2 times though my orders have been incorrect and the roles have been made incorrectly and also some of the roles were repeated. I ask for no soy wrap also and they still use soy wrap. My rolls were also incorrect as some were the same roll repeated and they looked rushed and were soggy. The Nigiri also not up to par and looked poorly done and the quality was also not as good as the times I ordered before. I dont know what seems to have changed from the first few times up untill now. I was offered some type of credit but not sure if I will actually be able to get it since I wasn’t given anything to show for it just my name written done but the girl at least offered this for the soy wraps. I dont know if I will be back for now though unfortunately as it is not cheap to risk. We will see.

Update : The problems were all corrected and rectified I went back to give them another chance and they did remember to credit me what they said they would credit me. The sushi and tray were also made much better more like the first few times I went and I was very happy to see that. Thank you.

This was the WORST food and takeout experience I’ve ever had in Spartanburg! The spicy tuna sushi was VILE! Looked, felt, and smelled like wet, ground up cat food. I paid $31 for the Bento Box that was pathetic in portion size and even worse in flavor, freshness, and quality. The miso soup tasted like water and the “Lobster” cheese wontons were literally nothing but unflavored cream cheese.

Our waiter Nelson was phenomenal. He made our afternoon with a warm and cozy personality which would please anyone in his presence. I would greatly suggest giving a hefty raise as he is very deserving. His charming demeanor and cute facial structure really boosted my mood. The food was great although Ferris was a whiny little baby and was scared of his food. Over all, great experience and Nelson was great!

Heavenly!
Fresh, tasty, big portions, reasonable price, amazing customer service.
Craving it now, and can’t find same taste here in Oregon…

Update 9 month later:
Great customer service, amazing atmosphere, clean, good food.
Definitely recommending it.

Genevieve!

I ordered takeout – 3 items plus egg rolls – and requested 6 cups of sauce (2 cups per item)

I was told by Genevieve that they had to charge for the sauce since it was so many sauces.

I said “So many? 2 cups per entree?”

She says “yes, because it’s sauces that don’t really go with the items“

(duck sauce – egg rolls, teriyaki sauce – duck (meat) and chicken rice, eel sauce – sushi)??? I think those go together. Is it because i asked for all of them at once instead of separating entree by entree? Are we that simple?

“Excuse me? You don’t get to tell me which sauces I have to eat with which items!”

And nevermind the fact that on my last order, I paid $3 to sub my rice for lo mein and received NEITHER! Andi told you this when I ordered as well. “Please don’t forget the lo mein because last time I was charged for it but didn’t receive it”

So $3 you got me for last time and today you’re trying to overcharge me because you don’t like which sauces I choose to eat with my food. You don’t think they “go together” so therefore I need to be charged.

You will not have to worry about it again bc I will not be eating there going forward. Your “new policy” of not allowing even 2 cups of sauce per entree without an upcharge will cost you way more than you would have made trying to be greedy and… controlling? What restaurant charges you for wanting a sauce that “doesn’t go with an item”???

Super weird. And the food is no better or worse than any other place in the area. It was only the sauce that we really came for… the sauces are amazing. If they think you are eating them correctly.

What an awesome restaurant. The decor is incredible and the food is delicious. The sushi is fresh tasting, I ordered the Christmas roll and it was a celebration of flavors. The Sesame Chicken was all white meat sweet and wonderful. To top it all off the service was prompt, pleasant and friendly!

First time here and definitely won’t be the last!

This has become one of my favorite places for lunch. We have been here several times now. Great, friendly service with delicious food. They are fast as well, making it ideal for lunch. I like the Sushi lunch. Very fresh and tasty.
Previous post:
We went there for lunch. It was my 1st, but not my last visit here. The place looks clean and the service was efficient. The food came out quickly and tasted great. I had Mongolian beef with fried rice. The beef had some kick to it. A good experience.

Definitely will return; let’s just get that up front.
Great selection on the menu – great variety of Asian food.
Had the General Chicken…very good. A little sweeter than I prefer, but it was excellent temperature hot, and decent spicy level.
Wifey had the Tangerine chicken…very similar to the General, with an orangey ending. Both came with a nice scoop of rice.
Pad Thai was enjoyed by others in our group, though they would have liked another lime slice and more peanuts as the portion was huge.
Great after church lunch – a short wait to get seated (10 minutes).
Bottom line: recommend!
