We stopped and the other day me and my fiance and we grabbed the chicken tenders and cheesy fries with ranch, it was really good and really fresh and definitely what we were not expecting. We will be back to try the burgers. You guys have went above and beyond and you make really good food

Not impressed. I really struggled between two stars and three stars. The burgers were just above average. OK but nothing I would recommend and I will not return. Really disappointing because I usually enjoy the lettuce entertain you restaurants. The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. Tables were clearly not wipe down the floor was not swept. There is a filthy garbage can really close to the tables where folks are eating.

Was there on Sunday 08/06/2023, walked in and the place looked a bit slow for a busy weekend, especially when kids are going back to school. First thing I notice in the back is the cook, cook had long curly hair, (like moui from moana), second of all no hair tie, no hair net no nothing. Initial thought, a hair better not come with my food. Sure enough, I unfold the first flap and there it is. One long curly black hair, I immediately knew where it came from. Almost thought it was done on purspose. I was so hungry and so annoyed because it took about 15 minutes for my food to come out, I had only 1 customer prior to my order FYI. Fries were cold and hard, cheese for cheese fries was extremely runny and dissatisfying. There’s was no ice in the machine, both trash were stacked high. Definitely not a pleasent time. I’m not the one to comment or complain but please do us all a favor and eat somewhere else. I’ve been in the food industry for 10 plus years and currently manage a restaurant in Downtown Chicago, its almost mandatory for me to do this. It is Tuesday 08/08/2023 and i still have the runs from this location. Please stay awayyyyy!

Nothing amazing, just a burger joint within the premium outlet. The usual burger stuffs, things are prepared upon order. Staffs are relatively quick at their work. However I have a really charred patty in my cheeseburger!

$40 for lunch for 2 people. Double burger meal was $16. Then they charge an automatic 3% surcharge on everyone’s bill. Host told us it’s automatically charged at the end. Also asked for a tip before payment. Outrageous.

Friday’s you get a free fry with the purchase of 2.99 or more. Their burgers are absolutely delicious. Soooo freaking juicy! The fries are one of my favorite kinds, crisp, smaller and just the right amount of salt on them. I bet they would be great as cheesy fries. 🙂 I had their double hurt burger…. it was so good I had to slow myself down while eating before I swallows it whole.

The cashier Isreal was great and knowledgeable. My wife and I are vegan and he let us know the bread had animal products so we had the lettuce wrap/bun and it was great!
