The chicken bahn mi is absolutely one of the best I’ve ever had! Soul flavorful, very well seasoned. The pork was okay the chicken was way better. We tried the pork egg rolls they were solid too. I didn’t realize they had their own parking ramp which would have been useful. We will definitely be back.

Where to start!
The bread was amazing. Unrivaled in the torpedo sandwich realm. Its such a fun and fresh take, asian themed deli sandwiches.
I had the grilled chicken with basically everything on it. I honestly havent had a sandwich that good in a loonnngggg time.
Really comfortable atmosphere. Friendly staff. Clean bathrooms. 10/10. Cannot wait to come back.

Better than average Twin Cities Traditional Bánh mì, with crisp, fresh ingredients, and an excellent app that makes ordering and pickup a breeze – congrats!
The only downside is the use of a bun-like bread, which is not an authentic Vietnamese Baguette.
Which, sadly, gets soft, lumpy, and dense.
I would rather spend less $$ on the top waxed wrapping paper, and procure a better-tasting Baguette!

I’ve had the pork sandwich a couple times now, and I’ll keep coming back. The large sandwich is a good amount of food for a reasonable price. All the ingredients tasted really fresh!

I typically order the banh mi sandwich but today I decided to order the pork bowl with rice. OMG it was so delicious, the pickled onion and jalapeños were the perfect accompaniment to the sliced cucumbers and carrots and perfectly seasoned pork. If I were to change anything next time I will order more vinaigrette

I’ve been to NE Lu’s sandwich for the bahn mi many times and have had a great customer experience. On Sunday October 26th, I came in and encountered very poor, rude, and dismissive service from a male presenting employee allegedly named “mark” around 1:30pm. He had an AirPod in one ear while making my sandwich and glared at me when I asked for toppings on my sandwich. When I asked for hot sauce on the side (which they’ve done for me every-time I come in) he said he will not do that, spoke to his coworker in Spanish then glared at me. Completely dismissing my request.
My friends ordered wontons and he used his bare unwashed hands to put them in the bag. When I asked for his name he asked “why” repeatedly, showing that he knew he had a nasty attitude with us.
I’m not one to write reviews typically & I understand if someone is having a bad day. But this was the worst customer service I’ve experienced in a food establishment. He needs more training on how to behave towards customers or you will loose customers with staff like him. This experience has made me very apprehensive to ever return to Lu’s Sandwich.

Good flavors on a light flaky tasty bun. IMO there could be more meat without having to pay extra. Skip the egg rolls, okay flavor but not made fresh. Wouldn’t want to be here when it’s busy since there’s only one kiosk to order.

Good bahn mi and egg rolls. I had the roast pork bahn mi with traditional toppings and it was good, but not mind blowing. Same with the egg rolls. Solid place, decent price, good food with good portion sizes.

Good sandwich! I got the grilled steak bahn mi. The bread was really soft which is huge for this kind of sandwich. The steak was tender but I think could have used some extra seasoning to give the sandwich some additional oomf. The rest of the ingredients were refreshing and light. Overall I enjoyed it, but wasn’t blown away by total flavor.
