We loved the food! Feels cozy because height of the restaurant is not much. We had
Chilli chicken momos(superb)!
Himalayan chicken curry — Amaaaazing! Plus you can get either Butter Naan or Rice with it! We went with Naan.
Veg pan fried momos– Okay ish ( We got a sauce replacement and tasted better )

Portions were good! I would visit again 😉
Spent 25$ per person ..

I wish I had taken pictures of my meal but I was too busy savoring it while enjoying the ambience of the restaurant. This is not your run of the mill Indian restaurants. This is truly a dining experience where food is made to your order as you listen to relaxing music. This is such a cozy and welcoming atmosphere and everyone was so friendly with a bustling to go business. If you’re looking for a unique cozy dining experience with amazeballz food, give this hole-in-the wall restaurant a try. You won’t be disappointed. Much better than a chain restaurant.

We’ve ordered from Everest Indian Himalayan Restaurant several times in the past via uber eats, but this most recent Uber Eats order was unacceptable. While eating, we found what appeared to be a sharp metal strip/wire in the food and actually bit into it. This is a serious food-safety issue.
I contacted the restaurant to complain. At minimum, I expect a clear explanation of how this happened and what changes are being made to prevent it from happening again. Until that’s addressed, I can’t recommend ordering from here and filing complain to plano health division. Extremely disappointing!

I ordered five fried rice for pickup from this restaurant in Uber Eats and was extremely disappointed with the quality of the food. The chicken in the two portions we opened appeared to be close to spoiling, which immediately raised serious concerns about food safety. Rice was not cooked as well. As a result, we did not feel comfortable consuming the remaining three orders and had to discard them.

When I contacted the restaurant, I was told that only two chefs were working at the time and that this contributed to the issue. However, this explanation is not acceptable. Serving undercooked or potentially unsafe food puts customers’ health at risk and reflects a lack of proper quality control.

This was
more importantly, a serious health concern. I expect higher standards of food safety and accountability from a food establishment.

I visited this restaurant yesterday and had a wonderful experience! The service was excellent especially from one tall girl who was very polite and attentive. We were a huge group and felt uncomfortable inside but she didn’t hesitate at all and quickly arranged a table for us at the front. The food was absolutely delicious and the atmosphere was so warm and welcoming that we stayed for a long time. I was really impressed with her service and decided to leave a $50 tip. Loved the hospitality will definitely come back soon.

The Himalayan chicken and goat curries are awesome. I also tried the chicken momo, also super good. I was traveling to Dallas, and found this gem, will definitely miss the food when I go back to NY. Must try. Highly recommended.

Average place to enjoy Indian food and with nice music.

In Detail:
We tried cool non-alcoholic drinks, appetizers & main course. In drinks, we tried Masala Soda which contains more Masala but was good and Mango Lassi which was too sweat and not fresh! We picked kothari paneer momo’s which were not freshly made but good crisp taste. Tadka Daal was good and fresh, malai kofta was okay in taste. Garlic Naan is good and recommended, we also tried Bullet Naan which was filled with green chillies (that’s what we tasted and served).
