Absolutely amazing tacos!!! I came here last month on my motorcycle, and not only did they stay open for me, but they also packaged my food in a more robust to-go box for my bike. I tried the birria tacos today and they are equally as amazing. The handmade tortilla is extra but is outstanding and highly recommended. Great place to sit, filling portions, and the horchata will quench your thirst.

Wow. I got some tender meat. I thought it was lengua! Coming from California, this birria and quesabirria was amazing. The right amount of spice, the tacos were still kind of soft like I like them. The meat was tender. I was pleasantly surprised. Definitely worth my money and I WILL be back!

Stopped here for lunch while driving from Boise to Bend, and it was one of the best decisions of the trip. Lupita’s Birria Truck—tucked across from the Sinclair station—is exactly the kind of roadside gem you hope to stumble upon: no fuss, just excellent food and a warm, welcoming vibe.
The birria tacos and burritos were outstanding—flavorful, juicy, and clearly made with care. I opted for the homemade tortillas (a $2 add-on), and they were absolutely worth it—fresh, slightly charred, and hearty enough to hold together the generous fillings.
It’s a family-run operation, and you can feel it. The folks at the window were friendly and efficient, and the whole place had a relaxed, cheerful rhythm. There’s a picnic table right by the truck if you want to dig in immediately, or you can walk a few steps to Hines City Park, which has several shaded tables perfect for a more leisurely break.
If you’re traveling through Hines or just passing by on Hwy 20, this is a terrific stop—delicious food, kind people, and a comfortable spot to stretch your legs. Highly recommend.

The best quesabirria I have ever had, definitely a must get. Meat quality is fantastic asada and pastor were both very good and whatever you do, make sure you get the handmade tortilla.
