Talk about fast and quality. Overall my experience here was amazing. To start off I was warmly welcomed by the people there and was asked if it was my first time here. I told them yes and they came in with a complementary sample of their beef fajitas. I was indecisive of what to get on the menu but that sealed my decision once I bit into it. Overall could tell they have high standards for customer service and food quality. If you want a good place to eat with family, this is the spot to go.

Food is chewy and the barbacoa is definitely not barbacoa . Everything was dry. The pancakes, the eggs, the potatoes and the sausage. Steak was not tender. Only thing that was ok was the chips and salsa and the freshly squeezed orange juice.

This used to be our restaurant to go every week since they opened a good few years ago. We haven’t visited it in a good 3-4 months due to our schedule and for the last 3 weeks it has been terribly disappointing. Service is pretty bad. Tonight we waited on appetizer ribs for about 42 minutes and when we inquired the bar tender said they would be out in about 15 (more). We asked for the check and left only with two drinks and some chips consumed. Last week we ate for free because they kept bringing us the wrong the wrong dishes. This place used to be really good. So you gave out fours, but why did you give it a three overall? Hacks me off when it is not posted anywhere that they round up.If you use cash. I used cash because I did not have my credit card with me. No one said anything about taking 61 cents would be taken away from me. I looked around the room and counted 20 full tables. If every one of those tables were to “donate” that’s enough of an influx at $12.20 to make a nice difference. Now granted, not all those tables will not pay cash, so let’s say only half of them pay cash for 10 hours (open for 12, with the slow time deducted at 2 hours,)…that’s $61 a day…7 days a week…$427 “extra.” You see the point.
So it’s enough to make me not only not want to use cash, it also makes me not want to go there. I understand there’s a charge associated with using a credit card and therefore they charge for that and really don’t have a problem with it because I often pay with a credit card knowing I am going to be penalized for it. HeckI did the same at my restaurants, but I posted it… “Use a credit card, it costs you three point five percent more…” pushing the united states to a cashless society is not a good choice. It is a way of slowly eliminating such things as a lemonade stands or garage sales or exchange between individuals.Purchasing commodities and paying cash. Paley with a credit card and the government has all it needs to track you, and the next point will be.You don’t even need a credit card, just show them the number on your arm… Ask someone of jewish descent, how it feels to sport a number for the rest of their lives.

Lupe Tortilla isn’t just a Mexican Restaurant. It’s an experience. Between the unparalleled kindness of the servers, and the thorough steps taken to ensure 100% customer satisfaction by the engaging management. Lupe Tortilla not only has the greatest atmosphere, the food is second to none. Let’s put it this way, it’s not every day the chef hears about it being your first time and brings out incredible samples on the house, just to give you a small taste of what’s to come.

I would gladly fly cross country again, just to have an enjoyable evening at this fantastic establishment again! Do not miss out on this gem!

The food was delicious, and the service was fantastic! Even though the restaurant was quite full, we only had to wait under 10 minutes to get a table. Our server was amazing, making sure everything was perfect, from the food to the refills!

This place is horrible. Manager is a disrespectful. Chose to have my grandma’s birthday in here and I regret it all. Got there at 7pm, Waited an hour and a half. And the place closes at 9pm. We got our table at 8:30pm. Spoke to the manager about the situation he completely told us off telling us weather we want service or leave. No empathy or any customer service at all. This place was not busy at all. And there was tables that could’ve got put together. But no. Still decided to stay because Grandma was tired and it was already late to go somewhere else. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU HAVE A PARTY OF MORE THEN 10 PEOPLE. THEY ARE NOT READY FOR SOMETHING LIKE THIS. THERE WAS PLENTY OF TABLES OUTSIDE AND THE MANAGERS SAID THAT HE HAD NO SERVERS OUTSIDE. TIM DOESN’T REPRESENT LUPES TORTILLAS in a good way. Horrible Person. Spent over $400 dollars plus. Never ever again. TIM I HOPE YOU REALIZE THAT YOU NEED TO FEEL EMPATHY FOR PEOPLE SPECIALLY WHEN THERE ARE OLDER FOLKS INVOLVED. AND INSTEAD OF TELLING PEOPLE TO LEAVE, THINK OF SOMETHING TO ACCOMMODATE THEM.

We had a party of 20. We left passed the time they closed.. and our server Kayla was amazing the whole night. Absolutely attentive. We never went without. She told us she had been there since 10am and she was always with such good spirits- from beginning to end. Thank you!
