The food here is really good and I enjoyed my meal. However, I was a bit surprised to see an extra $1 charge for cheddar cheese and an additional $0.70 for chipotle sauce. It would be better if the extra charges were made clearer upfront. Other than that, everything tasted great.

The kindest staff & best Mexican food around! My husband & I have gotten takeout here weekly for the last few years. We love the carnitas, chicken, & al pastor tacos & burritos. Great portion sizes, affordable pricing. Salsa’s & dips are delicious, everything is always fresh & tasty. We love this place! Parking along School Street or parking behind their building.

Burritos were on point! Steak was juicy and flavorful and the chicken was just as I hoped. Chicken and Beef empanadas were also good we just wished there was some sort of green chimichurri sauce to dip them in. Churros have a nice cream filled custard inside!

I order from them and every time I never get any extra condiments. Sometimes I get no condiments. Even when I can to confirm. Today, someone thought it was funny to send an empty ramekin instead of the extra sour cream. It’s .50. If that breaks the bank, why go into business?

Edit: went into the actual restaurant today. Service was no better. They were trying to charge for each condiment that I didn’t want on the actual quesadillas. Charged $5 for rice that was just on the side. Not extra. Two quesadillas with guacamole for $50? Staff was disinterested and apathetic. It shouldn’t be this serious. So, while the food is good – go or order at your own risk. I won’t be back.

Spacious, cutely decorated Mexican restaurant in Quincy with plenty of street parking. Friendly cashier and fast service, though it was empty when I went.

– Churro Bites ($11): These were made fresh, so the crunchy texture was great. However, there was something off about the taste—I think it was because it tasted bland overall. I wasn’t a fan of the custard, and the dough inside was pale and gooey, which makes me wonder if it was slightly undercooked. Also, the portion size was good in terms of what you’re paying, but it’s too much to eat in one sitting. I wish they offered a smaller portion size or even sold single sticks.
– Tres Leches Cake ($10): This was pretty good: soaked in milk, as it should be. It was a bit too sweet, though, so I could not finish this either. I also think it was expensive considering the Whole Foods tres leches cake is just as good but for half the price.

Overall, I don’t regret checking this place out, but I probably wouldn’t get these items again.

Can’t believe they only have 4.3 stars. 5 star joint all the way. Best food, incredible service and reasonably priced. Feel truly fortunate to have such authentic, quality Mexican cuisine near by. Kind of place that cares about their product! Keep up the great work!!

Food doesn’t have authentic taste. The environment and the people looks nice and are nice but the food it isn’t good. Also, the supposed Corn Tortilla they give the tacos in, is not Corn tortilla. The consistency of the tortilla is obviously flour, however, the color at first impression you think is corn but it is not!

Would I recommend it to someone? Not really. Because of the nice atmosphere, I was expecting something better but it wasn’t; Besides, the menu says each taco costs 4 bucks but each taco I bought was charged at $5 and fraction.

It’s a nice atmosphere but if food doesn’t get better and clarify prices, this place won’t last open much longer!

Solid burritos, fresh ingredients and friendly staff! I appreciate that the majority of toppings aren’t an up charge. Shop was clean and they had adequate options – plantains are always a must for me.

So I work around the corner from this place and decided to stop in. As I pop in I get a stare not a warm welcome. I decide on 2 tacos and a veggie bowl.

The guy taking my order and making the food was awful. He would ask me what I wanted after being told multiple times.

He was so skimpy on the bowl it was absolutely hilarious

I didn’t say a word but i just added as many toppings as I could to my bowl. The rice was so hard I couldn’t eat most of it.

I will say it was alright what I could eat but chipotle is definitely better not sure what the other reviewers are talking about.

For the price of $23 I would say it wasn’t worth it at all.

Start with ambience. it’s always empty, but the interior is very unique and classic. This place definitely needs some upbeat music

Food is delicious and flavorful, not a lot of veggies options, but carnitas and pastor must try.

Menu only consist of tacos, burrito, and bowl.

Definitely must try place,
