Really nice experiencing dining here. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Food was delicious!!! Big quantity as well. I ordered the corn beef omelette while my gf ordered the Irish breakfast.

Visited on a random Wednesday morning for breakfast and took a seat on one of the two seat tables against the wall. A few other patrons sat along the counter eating and drinking coffee. The place was relaxed, dim, and lovely. The server was perfectly nice and I already had my order decided so in a flash I had a perfect iced tea and my ticket was in a ticket for a corned beef hash combo.

The plate was delicious with big shreds of corned beef, properly cooked potatoes and onions, and the entire eggs Benedict alongside. On the Benedict the yolk was runny and every part of the dish was hot, seasoned, and hearty.

The price was totally fair for what I got, walking out paying something like 25 bucks total and I’d gladly return. Go here to fill up on classics a cut above.

Classic small neighborhood diner with great food at reasonable prices (for Marin).

Absolutely amazing little breakfast spot. Located at great location in downtown San Rafael and is one block away from 2 of the public parking structures. It is a pretty small spot so it could be packed at times and tight quarters. The food is absolutely amazing especially for the price that they charge. We got the huevos rancheros and the eggs Benedict with corn beef. I would definitely say the highlight was the corn beef and the eggs Benedict.. service was quick and they were always good on refills

I ordered the corned beef hash. The portion was just right was delicious. Nice place to stop for breakfast. Also their coffee is really good not burned out and very acidic as you usually get in any other breakfast place.

I just don’t like how I was treated when I went there alone. I’ve been multiple times. First time I went with a few friends and everything was fine left a nice fat tip well over 30%. Took my wife and daughter there and every thing was fine. Went there alone one day and all of a sudden I got treated like a dine and dasher. As soon as I was seated and they took my order I was told I needed to pay. I told the guy I didn’t even get to order any drinks yet but they didn’t care I had to pay first. So I paid. They finally let me order my drink which I then paid for that after I ate. Just really weird energy they gave me all around. I should have just left without ordering. Won’t ever go back again.

On 4th Street in Downtown San Rafael is a narrow building that’s home to a great breakfast place. We visited Lundy’s Home Cooking on a Saturday morning and were seated right away. There are a couple tables in the front window, several tables for 2 along the side wall and counter seats overlooking the grill.

I ordered the Omelette with Chicken Apple Sausage and Cheese which was served with potatoes and choice of toast; my wife ordered their Eggs Benedict, also served with potatoes and toast. ass

Service was prompt and friendly and the food was delicious. In my omelette, the sausage (and cheese) was plentiful – and the potatoes were just as I like them, slightly crunch. My wife ordered their traditional Eggs Benedict. Now I know she is a Benedict aficionado and particular about the dish – she said it was very tasty!

They have quite an extensive breakfast menu – with some unique choices like Fajita Omelette, Irish Breakfast, and a Chorizo Scramble. We’d happily return for a breakfast in the future.
