The main lady needs some customer service training cause she is so miserable and is not friendly at all. We used to love coming here but after dealing with her more than once we are not supporting this place anymore. Sad that ONE person can ruin your experience. She should not be working at somewhere she obviously hates. Do not support this place.

We ate lunch here today. We noticed it appeared rather short staffed and they were trying to keep up but it also appeared they maybe were quite new hires.
It took a long time to get our lunch with my husbands noon special showing up with sandwich and chips but no soup. At that point we’d given up because they were busy running around trying to correct the other orders, as we watched others also leave do to not being given any service.
We thought the food was alright until we went up to pay our bill. There we stood and watched the sandwich maker doing her thing while handling breads, meats, cheeses, containers, salads, handling microwave etc with bare hands and no hand washing.
Really? Does cross contamination mean anything or the idea of wearing gloves while handling food not seem a great idea?
If you own this business, you really need to work this business and train your personnel.

Nice place for a sandwich, either for there or to go. They have a massive selection, but call ahead if you’re in a hurry. They’re a small outfit and not particularly fast. For drinks there’s the standard selection, but also Italian sodas and Big Trains, a local favorite combination of chai tea and various flavors.

In Havre for a few hours during an extended drive (camping across the country). I needed two things: library time for wifi and lunch. Library just around the corner was great. The Lunch Box for lunch. My standard is a BLT and a cup of coffee. LB’s BLT was good: thick sliced bread with slabs of bacon and a healthy dose of mayo. Getting fresh produce is not always easy in the middle-of-nowhere Montana, so my expectations for the lettuce and tomato were modest. The coffee was great. I got a fresh-baked cookie on the way out. The staff was attentive and kind. Thumbs up for the Lunch Box!

Last time I went in 2018, it was a great little diner. Not sure what happened, but a chicken sandwich is not a chicken breast, but a chicken parts pressed patty that was horrible. I hated that I recommended my friends to go there.

Very fast and friendly. They have a huge selection of sandwiches. I got the 26 which is a club sandwich. I very much enjoyed it. The bacon on the sandwich was excellent. I was impressed

Hadnt visited in years and I feel like I missed out on some good food. While its not the most popular place in town, still a good place to get a quick bite! I recommend the no. 53 if your a seafoodie!
