I would like to give a special review to the manager, Ronni, at Golden Chick. She is truly amazing at what she does. The way she manages all her coworkers is outstanding. You can see her leadership and dedication every time you visit.
She works very hard and always makes sure everything runs smoothly. The team looks organized and happy under her management.

First time at this location. The hospitality and food were amazing. I was so indecisive, but Ms Ronni helped me and served me excellent customer service.
She suggested the sampler since I wanted chicken and tenders.
Everything was fresh, the okra was cooked to order. I also ordered more rolls because they looked so good and buttery.
Please give her a raise, she is phenomenal at her job. Great sales-woman

Do not patronize this location!!!
I actually love GC, but this location never does anything well, and often does just horrible. When going there, they are always out of something. Whether it be salt, or fried chicken, or salads, or whatever, there has never been a visit where they have fulfilled my order correctly and fully.
Bear in mind, I am 1/2 mile away from this location, but I frequent the location in Cedar Hill, 3 miles away.
It just ain’t worth supporting this location. They appear to be without managment.

I paid $15 for a 6-pc tender combo that had cold fries, tough and scrawny tenders. For what this costs there should be more in the box and the food should be hot and fresh. While inflation is a thing, this same box was once $13 but the quality was the same then… cold, scrawny and tough
