The decor is good and my server was trying hard but she was overwhelmed by being the only one for the whole restaurant the day I visited. The food is very basic, bland and highly Americanized. The chips come from a bag but the salsa looks house-made and was decent. Portions are small and prices are high so I recommend skipping Luna. There are much better options in the Woodward area.

Walked in with my better half, not really knowing what to expect because there was only a couple of reviews on it. Well they start off with bringing out chips, salsa and queso. I mean, you can’t go wrong with complimentary queso . Overall it was a great experience. Wifey and I both cleaned out our big plates mission accomplished lol. The waitress came back and was shocked that we put all of that food away! Try them out, you won’t regret it!

In spite of having been through Woodward many times, we had never dined at Luna. Mrs. Flip Out and I both enjoyed our meal here. The setup includes the usual chips and salsa, and surprisingly, white queso, and all very good. Mrs. Flip Out ordered the street tacos, 2 chicken and 1 steak, and they were excellent. The meats had great flavor and everything was very fresh. I had the #16 Burrote with fajita beef. I loved the flavors from the sauce to the meat. It was a generous sized burrito with no need for sides.

I was staying at the hotel across the street. Saturday evening around seven, I ordered chicken enchiladas and a margarita to go. When I got to hotel my enchilada meat was cold and I discovered there was no alcohol in the margarita. Fortunately the room had a microwave. But the extremely expensive ’slushy’ was disappointing.

I told the waitress I don’t eat much and she made her suggestions. I took her advice. I had a taco. The first bite I was addicted. My husband had the relleno. We will definitely be back. Waitress was awesome. Checked tables often.
