They earn the 5 stars!!!! We were in the area for a few days and tried it out. Did not disappoint!!! The appetizer came out with our meals which is fine. Everything was delicious! The shrimp enchiladas were smothered with cheese sauce! Yum! Everything was fresh! Double thumbs up!!

I can’t believe there are only 5 other reviews for them since they open back in Jan 23 7 months ago. BEST server any restaurant I’ve ever eaten at. Lisa took our order for 3 combos and of course the combos were all different with special requests. She was repeating what we said, I noticed she didn’t write anything down. I asked her about it. She said it comes with practice. No, she’s just really bright and smart. Excellent personality. Very attentive. She came back to see how we were doing several times even though she was super busy. Big plus for me is excellent service, which we got. The owner lucked out when they hired her. She got EVERYTHING correct. Waitress’ that wrote everything down at other restaurants we’ve visited can’t even do that all the time lol. Ok, now the food. Oh my gosh. I lived out west with “authentic” Mexican Restaurants all over the place and this one lives up to it’s name. EVERYTHING was EXCELLENT. The food was delicious. Many Mexican restaurants won’t cook a chili relleno, because it takes too much time to make. Luna Azul does though, and it was EXCELLENT. The margarita I got was delicious as well. Everyone of us really enjoyed the meal. As you can see in my pics I finished EVERYTHING on my plate. If people weren’t around I would have licked it clean. lol I’ve been all over the country and this is one of the best Mexican Restaurants I’ve ever ate at. Now the atmosphere. Pretty awesome. They have 2 huge TV’s, one had golf on it the other had soccer. At one point I was noticing the lighting and my buddy brought it up, saying how cool it was. If you like Mexican Food and EXCELLENT service with a friendly atmosphere stop by Azul and ask for Lisa. You’ll be glad you did!!

We love the transition! We have always loved the atmosphere and servers. Glad that hasn’t changed. The menu has changed as expected, but we see familiar dishes that we know and love. I forgot to take photos of our meals, but we’ll be back!

I made reservations for 15 people literally early the same day and they got us set up in a perfect area in the back with our server Ashley (Bori). She was quick, funny and attentive and honestly gave great great service. As soon as we came in we were received by Lupita who is possibly the sweetest and she made sure we were all taken care of. Also the best part for me is they have queso birria tacos, they’re not on the menu yet, but these are possibly the most amazing tacos ever, Alex did great making sure our food was excellent. 10/10 come here and check them out.
